With the advancement of New Curriculum Reform, the teacher’srole need to be repositioned, changing from passive practitioners ofcurriculum and books to Teaching decision-maker. The change needto be practiced in the class. When facing dynamic class, teachersmust make decisions all the time. Meanwhile, the results ofteachers’ interactive decision-making affect teaching qualitydirectly. At last, they will influence teachers’ professionaldevelopment and students’ future growth. Looking from thedomestic research, math teachers’ interactive decisions still at thelow stage. Therefore, the deep research based on these aspectshas rich theoretical and practical meaning.The research question of this study is conducted as follows:Junior high school mathematics teacher’s teaching interactivedecisions are made under what circumstances, what are thecharacteristics? The author adopts the case study and chooses a math’s teacher of a middle school as the main object of study. Byobserving the decision-making behavior of teacher’s teaching toexplore the characteristics of the teaching interactive decisionmaking, Interviewing teacher decision thinking process to discoverinfluencing factors.The major findings are the following:1) When the typicalproblems in the teaching process, teachers can be solved with theteaching practice, teachers generally use executive decision.executive decision has fixed pattern;2) When the lack of teachingtime、the unexpected condition of students、teaching environmentchange and so on, teachers usually use changeable decision.changeable decision is lack of initiative and low content of thinking;3) When there is a generative education resources, teachers usuallyuse generative decision. generative decision has phenomenon ofexperience curing. In view of the existing problems, the author putsforward the following suggestions:1) The teachers should changetheir beliefs, expand knowledge system and improve teachers’teaching ability through the two ways of the action research andreflective teaching;2)The teachers should improve teachers’decision-making level and their professional competence.3) Theteachers should break off the dependence on educationalconventions, establishing elastic education routine; The school should provide a good external environment for teachers mainlyproviding teachers training and invite relevant experts and scholarsto guide in order to form the positive academic atmosphere.
