With the development of social economy,the construction and governance of urban communities as a carrier directly affects the process of China's modernization,and the continuous improvement of community self-government has become a very important task at present.Based on this project,this paper builds a 15-person-scale corridor autonomy improvement group based on the results of the preliminary demand survey,and designs team activities based on the social target model and corresponding theories,guiding the team members to enhance the sense of autonomy,improve self-government ability and form Autonomous community.This paper first briefly describes the research background and the basic situation of the project,and summarizes the current research on community autonomy,corridor autonomy and social work intervention in corridor autonomy,integrates the research data of the internship project and combines the specific status of the pilot corridor to design the corridor residents.Questionnaire and interview outline,analyze and evaluate the status quo and reasons of the residents' self-government in the pilot corridor,design the social target model group according to the evaluation data,achieve the target effect,and finally,carry out the process evaluation and result evaluation of the group,and have the experience in the service activities.Summarize and reflect on the shortcomings,and propose practical suggestions for using the social work of the group to intervene in corridor autonomy.
