As a tool for people to express and appeal their own interests, rights are an important issue in the development of modern society.Although Marx did not make a systematic exposition of "rights",Marx's concern for people made his view of rights run through the development of historical materialism.During the Rhine period,Marx came into contact with a large number of social and political problems in the process of investigating social reality.Among them, the problem of human rights aroused Marx's attention and thinking, and prompted him to conduct in-depth research on it in the following period.Marx's view of rights clarifies Marx's position, attitude and view on rights, which is an important content of Marxist political philosophy. From the Rhenish Newspaper to the German-French Yearbook,Marx's thought experienced a revolutionary transformation from idealism to materialism and from revolutionary democracy to communism. With the change of Marx's thought,Marx's view of rights has also undergone a very profound change.Combined with Marx's "two transformations" from the Rhine to the German-French Yearbook, this paper studies and investigates the evolution and development of Marx's view of rights from From the Rhenish Newspaper to the German-French Yearbook, and then explores the theoretical and practical value of Marx's view of rights from the Rhenish Newspaper to the German-French Yearbook. The main content of the article is divided into three chapters. The first chapter mainly expounds the era background and theoretical origin of Marx's view of rights from the Rhenish Newspaper to the German-French Yearbook.Marx's view of rights came into being under the background of the rise of the German bourgeoisie and the reactionary restoration of feudal autocracy, and the poor at the bottom of society were oppressed by capitalism and feudalism. At the same time,it continued to develop on the basis of absorbing and learning from the modern western theory of natural rights,Kant and Hegel's philosophy of legal rights and the Feuerbach and Hess thoughts of the young Hegel School. The second chapter mainly discusses the development and evolution of Marx's concept of rights from the Rhenish Newspaper, the Hegel's critique of legal philosophy and the German-French Yearbook.During the Rhenish Newspaper period,Marx adhered to Hegel's rational freedom and encountered the problem of material interests in investigating the real rights. This problem caused the shaking of Marx's right to rational freedom and prompted Marx to criticize Hegel. In the critique of Hegel's philosophy of law,Marx recognized for the first time that civil society determines the relationship between the state and law from the standpoint of materialism. This understanding made Marx clear that he should further explore and study the rights of civil society.During the German-French Yearbook period,Marx revealed that the human rights established by political liberation were only the self-interest and private rights of civil society. He put forward that only through complete human liberation can universal human rights be truly realized, and only the proletarian revolution can realize the great mission of the liberation of all mankind. The third chapter mainly discusses the important value of Marx's view of rights from the Rhenish Newspaper to the German-French Yearbook.Firstly, the article expounds that Marx's view of rights from the Rhenish Newspaper to the German-French Yearbook realizes the sublation of Hegel's theory of legal rights and the transcendence of modern natural rights theory, and establishes the direction for the further development of Marx's view of rights.Secondly, from the practical level,it discusses the practical value of Marx's view of rights from the Rhenish Newspaper to the German-French Yearbook for identifying contemporary western social thoughts, constructing the discourse system of human rights with Chinese characteristics and the construction of human rights in China in the new era.
