Research On The Improvement Of Public Service Supply Capacity In Maba Town, Xuyi County

From the perspective of national governance,the research on the supply capacity of township public services echoes the latest ideas put forward by the 19 th CPC National Congress and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee.To improve the township public service system and enhance the township public service capacity and level is an important part of promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,and building a service-oriented government.It can be said that the research on improving the public service function and optimizing the service capacity of the township government is of great significance.From the aspect of township public service,the public service ability of township government in China is still lagging behind,and the quantity,quality,efficiency and level of public service still need to be further improved.Exploring how to optimize the public service capacity of township government is the need of Promoting Rural Revitalization Strategy,and also the need of seeking happiness for the people.Based on this background,this paper studies the public service capacity of MABA town in Xuyi county.Among them,in order to explore how to improve the government’s ability to perform public services,improve the quality and efficiency of public services,and meet the needs of the huge grass-roots groups in MABA town for a better life,this paper introduces the classic cases of the current township public service supply,in order to better put forward suggestions to improve the township public service supply capacity and level.This paper combs the current supply situation of public services in MABA Town,finds that there are some problems in the provision of public services in MABA Town,such as insufficient total supply and structural imbalance,supply dislocation and vacancy,backward mechanism leading to poor linkage and so on.The reasons for these problems include the lack of public service resource input,the absence of public service management and other objective factors Including the subjective factor of weak public service consciousness.Based on this,by learning from the experience of township public service capacity optimization in other regions,this paper explores the countermeasures to improve the public service capacity of MABA town from three aspects: establishing a public investment government,optimizing the supply structure,building a public service performance evaluation mechanism,establishing a supply mode oriented by public demand.
