| The human resources and social security(hereinafter referred to as "Human and Social Security")department is one of the main people’s livelihood departments in my country.Its government function is to manage social security and public employment affairs,and to protect and improve people’s livelihood.The government services of the human resources and social departments cover a wide range,large business projects,complex service groups,many service items,high data flow frequency,and strong regional policy.The informatization construction of its government services is conducive to opening up a new pattern of government services and promoting my country has changed from "informatization of social security" to "informatization of social security",and from "informatization of social security" to "Internet + social security".The informatization of human resources and social security is the basic work to strengthen the construction of social security in our country,and it is an effective means to improve and enhance the management and service level and efficiency.The development of human resources and social informationization has made important breakthroughs in infrastructure,business applications,data resources,public services,and capacity building for security protection since the first phase of the Golden Insurance Project.In recent years,the human resources and social departments at all levels have seized the development opportunities brought by the new generation of information technology such as big data and the Internet,and made active explorations to promote the deepening of reforms in the field of people’s livelihood and speed up the construction of service-oriented government.How to change the traditional public service supply model,integrate modern thinking such as "Internet +" into social security services and management,and gradually establish an efficient,convenient and stable human and social information system,which has become a topic worthy of attention and research.This paper takes the informatization of human and social government services in J Country under the background of "Internet +" as the research object,sorts out the theoretical and realistic basis of human and social informatization,and discusses "Internet +" and "Internet + government services" on the basis of literature review.,Human and Social Informationization and other related theoretical concepts are explained and defined,and provide premises and research perspectives for the full-text analysis,so as to extract the problems in the process of Human and Social Informationization,the causes of the problems and the countermeasures to solve them.First of all,according to the observation,research and analysis of the current situation of my country’s social security innovation service model,grasp the phased characteristics of the establishment and development of the human and social information system.Furthermore,taking the Human Resources and Social Security Department of J County,Shandong Province as the main research object,based on the empirical investigation and combing the status quo of the Human Resources and Social Security in J County,how to use the "Internet +" thinking and technology to improve the Human Resources and Social Affairs of J County The level of informatization construction is the focus of research,discussing the problems and reasons existing in the informatization construction of Human Resources and Social Security in County J,and putting forward corresponding countermeasures.Finally,in connection with the reality of the informatization construction of the Human Resources and Social Security in County J,through the analysis of past data and the investigation of service satisfaction,the current situation of the informatization development of the human resources and social departments at the county level and the people’s new expectations for the services of the human resources are analyzed.On this basis,a feasible idea of perfecting the construction path of human and social informatization is put forward. |
