| Now is the era of rapid development of information technology."Internet plus" also provides more development possibilities and innovative service models for government services."Internet plus government services" is not only a response to the spirit of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,but also an important strategic deployment to comply with the country’s decentralization of governance and power.National leaders have pointed out that there is a problem of shirking responsibility among government departments when handling public affairs,which means they shirk responsibility from each other,ultimately causing the masses to run back and forth without finding the main department to handle affairs,and also creating some corruption spaces for finding connections.Therefore,in this context,the author chooses "Internet plus government services" in Shuangliu District of Chengdu as the research object,analyzes the problems exposed in the development of "Internet plus government services" in Shuangliu District,and then analyzes the underlying reasons,and proposes targeted strategies to achieve the goal of improving the level of government services.Aiming at the problem and countermeasure research topic of "Internet plus government service" in Shuangliu District,this paper mainly takes "finding problems-analyzing problems-solving problems" as the main idea,and combines the actual situation of "Internet plus government service" in Shuangliu District,mainly from the two aspects of "Internet plus government service" system construction and online service system construction in Shuangliu District to carry out a more objective and comprehensive analysis.Through the development of satisfaction questionnaires and in-depth interviews,we found the problems existing in the development process of "Internet plus government services" in Shuangliu District,mainly including five aspects:the lack of standardization of business handling,the lack of dynamic service items,the lack of operational application and functional design,the lack of guidance personnel and customer service personnel,and the poor effect of information disclosure and feedback interaction.Subsequently,based on the survey data and interview content,it was analyzed that there is a lack of government data fusion capability and the approval business process is not connected;The supervision and feedback mechanism is not perfect,and the dynamic assessment is not in place;The demand for mass service has not been investigated,and the application support capacity is insufficient;There are five reasons why the overall arrangement of service personnel is not in place,the training of R&D personnel is not in place,the lack of "Internet plus" thinking,and the low participation of the masses.Finally,based on domestic and foreign experiences,it is proposed to enhance data fusion capabilities and optimize approval business processes;Improve the supervision and assessment mechanism,optimize dynamic assessment standards;Conduct research on public needs and optimize application service functions;Increase the number of service personnel and enhance the capabilities of technical personnel;Strengthen the thinking of "Internet plus users" and improve the sense of participation of the masses. |
