Artificial Intelligence Trial Research

In the new era of rapid development of big data,Internet and other technologies,artificial intelligence will be an important thrust for the development of The Times.Artificial intelligence is profoundly affecting the development of the judicial field,making the artificial intelligence trial mode become the normal case of the court.This paper adopts literature research method,comparative analysis method and other research methods,and compares the application fields and development trend of artificial intelligence technology between China and foreign developed countries,providing a direction for the research of artificial intelligence assisted trial in China.In view of the lack of clear legislative guidance,impact on judicial personnel,lack of auxiliary guarantee system and other problems of ARTIFICIAL intelligence trial technology,the paper puts forward the view that artificial intelligence technology will continue to play an auxiliary role in the field of judicial trial from the perspectives of legislation,judicial practice and auxiliary guarantee system.In view of the problems mentioned above,specific suggestions are put forward to build a perfect artificial intelligence legal system,clarify the subject responsibility,and supervise the development and application of artificial intelligence adjudication system.
