In recent years,urbanization has developed rapidly,and the rural economy has also advanced by leaps and bounds with the changes of the times.But at the same time,what corresponds to the rapid economic development is that rural soft power is relatively weak,and the core link of soft power is education.The lack of rural education has been a long-standing topic.With the development of urbanization,this problem is flawed.Increasingly prominent,improving the education level and population quality in rural areas is a top priority in today’s economy and society.In the context of urbanization and economic development,it is urgent to strengthen rural basic education,and the team of rural teachers is the core of this link.But it is undeniable that there are many problems in the teaching team in rural areas.This article is about the research on the construction of rural teachers.Starting from the actual situation of Pingdu City,this article analyzes the current situation of rural education in a comprehensive and in-depth manner in combination with the current policies,and proposes solutions to the problems based on the analysis of the causes of the problems.There are many problems in the construction of teacher teams in rural education.Take Pingdu City as an example.The total number of personnel is in contradiction with the establishment,the structure of the teaching staff is unreasonable,rural teachers have few opportunities to communicate,the working environment of teachers is poor,the stability of rural teachers is poor,and the overall quality of rural teachers is low and other factors hinder Pingdu City.The development of rural education.Aiming at the problems in the construction of rural teachers in Pingdu City,this paper analyzes the reasons that affect the construction of rural teachers and hinder the development of rural education from historical and realistic perspectives through interviews and surveys.The current establishment policy is unreasonable;the reform of public institutions has led to low motivation for teachers to work;the rural teacher training mechanism is not perfect;the deep-rooted vulgar culture in rural society;the uneven economic development of urban and rural areas;the government does not pay much attention to the countryside;the treatment of rural teachers is too low;The instability of the source of teachers caused by the trend of urbanization is all the reasons that hinder the construction of the rural teaching team.Secondly,this article analyzes the current rural education policy and comprehensively explains it from social,economic and cultural aspects.And from clarifying the responsibilities of the government and schools,solving the problems that teachers worry about,and protecting the rights and interests of teachers;formulating relevant policies to improve the treatment of rural teachers,reducing the outflow of teachers,and improving the stability of the rural teacher team;reforming the standard of teacher establishment and reshaping the respect for teachers in rural areas Feasible suggestions for strengthening the construction of rural teachers in Pingdu City were put forward in terms of teaching atmosphere,improving the teacher evaluation system,and improving the level of teacher training institutions.
