Research On The Protection Of Children's Digital Rights In The Context Of Smart Society

With the development of digital technology,human beings have entered the smart society.Under this background,the effect of technology empowerment is more prominent.As the new generation of smart children,the empowering potential of digital technology is more prominent.The opportunities and challenges of digital technology coexist.If children can fully grasp digital technology on their growth path,their chances of embracing a better digital future will increase significantly.Conversely,if children cannot fully grasp digital technology and use it improperly,and the state lacks adequate support and protection for the use of digital technology for children,the future of children in the context of the smart society will face a relatively bleak prospect.It is undoubtedly of great significance to study children’s digital rights under such a general background.This article discusses the importance of digital rights to children and how to better help children realize their digital rights from a legal perspective.The article is divided into five parts for research:The first chapter studies the theoretical basis of children’s digital rights.It covers the concept and characteristics of the smart society,and the concept and type of digital rights,laying a theoretical foundation for the study of children’s digital rights.The second chapter studies the legitimacy of the protection of children’s digital rights in the smart society.The protection of children’s rights is of great significance to children themselves,to society,and the country.The protection of children’s digital rights helps children enjoy the dividends of digital technology,and to resist risks arising from the digital society by improving children’s digital use skills and literacy.The third chapter studies the children’s digital rights system in the context of the smart society.The positive and negative aspects of children’s digital rights are specifically discussed.The positive aspects of children’s digital rights include equal access to the right to use digital products,the use of digital products to develop the right,the right to digital skills,and the right to digital literacy.The negative aspects of children’s digital rights include information privacy.The right to security and the right to prevent cyber risk infringement.The fourth chapter studies the problems existing in the protection of children’s digital rights in our country.Discuss the status quo of the protection of children’s digital rights in our country from the hierarchical system of our country’s constitution,laws,administrative regulations,and regulations.It is pointed out that the protection of children’s digital rights mainly includes problems from these aspects: insufficient innovation in children’s digital rights concepts,lack of special laws,low legal status,and incomplete protection systems.The fifth chapter studies how children’s digital rights can be better protected.Based on the problems in the foregoing analysis,through research on the protection of children’s digital rights in the United States,the European Union,Japan and South Korea,our country must innovate the concept of legal protection of children’s digital rights to better protect children’s digital rights,and build a legal protection framework for children’s digital rights.Implement special legislation for the protection of children’s digital rights,improve the legal supporting system for children’s digital rights,and build an international cooperation mechanism for the protection of children’s digital rights to improve our country’s children’s legal protection system.
