A Modern Transformation Of Traditional Chinese Craftsman Spirit

The craftsman spirit is the unity of the professional attitude,spiritual concept and behavior mode of the craftsman group in the process of creation.Based on the current background of promoting the spirit of craftsmanship in our country,this paper deeply studies the necessity of modern transformation of craftsman spirit,and specifically defines the basic path of modern cultivation,which is the way to realize the spirit of craftsman from traditional to modern.The Chinese craftsman spirit has gone through the stage of germination,development and maturation,and covered the decline,then entered the stage of elimination and reconstruction.After thousands of years of accumulation,the spirit of traditional Chinese craftsmen is rich in connotation,which is mainly manifested as excellence,honesty and truth,respect for teachers and education,dedication and single-mindedness,combination of morality and art,and the integration of Tao and skills.the spirit of traditional Chinese craftsmen has contemporary value in modern society,but also has its own limitations.the spirit of traditional Chinese craftsmen is conducive to the realization of individual self-worth,is conducive to the promotion of socialist core values,and is conducive to promoting the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.After analyzing the institutional basis and cultural elements of the traditional Chinese craftsman spirit,as well as the changes in the status of traditional Chinese craftsmen,we believe that its limitations are reflected in two aspects,namely,the weak sense of innovation of the traditional craftsman spirit and the narrow scope of the traditional craftsman spirit.Finally,combining the actual development of China and the excellent experience of foreign countries,the specific path of the modern transformation of the spirit of traditional Chinese craftsmen will be discussed from the three aspects of top-level design,cultural atmosphere,and vocational education:Improve system construction,perfect laws and regulations;enhance cultural identity,set a role model;attach importance to vocational education,and deepen school-enterprise cooperation.
