Media Convergence Promotes Research On Tibetan Social Governance

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Party pointed out that it is necessary to uphold and improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Tibet has continuously innovated its social governance stability,long-term stability and comprehensive stability in Tibet.In the 70 years since the peaceful liberation of Tibet,outstanding achievements in social governance have been achieved.Social security,stability,prosperity and development have been achieved,the level of legalization of social governance has been continuously improved,and social governance systems have been continuously improved.However,some factors affecting social security,stability,and development still exist.The struggle for separatism is still sharp and complicated.The shortcomings of economic development and improvement of people's livelihood need to be filled,ideological struggles will become more intense,and the modernization of the social governance system and governance capabilities needs to be enhanced.At the same time,with the in-depth development of media integration,many new changes have taken place in Tibet's social governance.Media integration has become the new main body,new kinetic energy and new space for social governance,and social governance has begun to move towards informatization,digitization,and networking.From the perspective of the macro-system of social governance,media integration is an important part of social governance.It is affected by social governance and also affects this social governance.The modern communication capabilities,communication systems,and technology platforms built by media integration are important for strengthening social governance and expanding service capabilities.Can provide strong support.There are many ways to strengthen and innovate Tibetan social governance.From the perspective of media integration,this article will conduct an in-depth study of the role of media integration in strengthening and innovating Tibetan social governance,clarify the relationship between the two and clarify the interaction,which is important for social governance and media integration.There are certain guidance and reference significance.First of all,this article defines the concept of media integration and social governance.Media integration is mainly the integration of traditional media and emerging media,which aims to improve communication and guidance capabilities.Social governance,in essence,is in the framework of social governance,the process by which the main body of social governance achieves governance goals through various social governance methods(social governance content),and governance goals are ultimately embodied in the realization and promotion of social functions.On the basis of the concept definition,this article further studies Tibetan social governance,expounds the four major contents of Tibetan social governance from the theoretical level-communication,integration,guidance,inheritance and development,and analyzes the achievements of Tibetan social governance and the current social governance process.To solve these problems,we must attach great importance to stable development,do a good job in the “four major issues”,protect and improve people's livelihood,and at the same time,we can make full use of the development results of media integration,build a good public opinion environment for social governance,and stabilize development.Provide public opinion support and technical platform support,and further introduce the research content from social governance,and further introduce media integration to promote the social governance of Tibet.the fourth chapter,this article takes the media integration to promote the innovation path and method of Tibetan social governance as the theme,and deeply analyzes the relationship between media integration and social governance,the ways of participating in social governance,and the path and methods of innovating Tibetan social governance,including the use of media integration to maintain Tibet's social stability and ideological security,as well as the promotion of the professionalization,informatization,intelligence,integration and modernization of Tibet's social governance.However,in order to effectively play the role of media integration in promoting social governance,it is necessary for the main body of social governance to change thoughts and concepts,deeply understand media integration,and attach great importance to media integration.This part of the content is put into Chapter 5for further elaboration and put forward The policy recommendations are: social governance entities should attach importance to the development
