Research On The Perfection Of Media Copyright Protection Under Media Convergence

Media convergence is driven by the development of new communication technologies.The development of communication technology on the one hand to expand the dissemination of works of information,on the other hand also led to the old and new media copyright disputes increased,to the existing copyright legal system has brought challenges.Copyright law affects the development of the media,and media integration also plays a role in the copyright legal system.The media has the dual attributes of rights holders and communicators,especially in the media integration,whether it is new media or traditional media,in order to strengthen the copyright protection of their own news works,we must enhance the copyright awareness,strengthen copyright asset management and other measures to enhance their own Management level.Society through the formation of media copyright alliance to strengthen the protection of traditional media,to take a variety of dispute resolution mechanism to deal with the old and new media dispute,strengthen the supervision from the media.In addition,the law should respond to the impact of media convergence on the copyright legal system,speed up the corresponding legislative construction,through the improvement of the corresponding copyright legal system,so as to protect the development of media integration escort,and ultimately achieve sound and rapid development of China's media industry,The overall interests of society and the media's own interests win-win.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part discusses the general analysis of media integration and media copyright.Through the comparison of the current situation of media fusion at home and abroad,the media fusion of Internet age and the comparative study of the present situation of media protection at home and abroad,and find out the process of media integration,The Existing Problems of the Legal System of Current Copyright in China's Media.The second part discusses the influence of media fusion on media copyright protection.This part analyzes the influence of media integration on copyright,including the increase of copyright disputes in old and new media,the news copyright of media in the era of media integration,the irrationality of copyright restriction system,such as the unscientific place of legal permission system,and Rational use of institutional rules is difficult to adapt to the development of the media.The third part discusses the causes of the copyright protection of the media in the media integration,mainly because the media infringement is difficult to be determined from the characteristics of the media itself,and the protection of the traditional media itself is not strong.The fourth part is the suggestion of perfecting the media copyright protection mechanism under the media fusion.This article mainly through three levels of media integration under the media copyright protection mechanism to improve the views.The first level is to improve the copyright legislation of our country;the second level is to strengthen the copyright administration and social organization in the process of media convergence;the third level is the media itself,whether from the media or traditional media,should strengthen themselves the protection of media copyright.
