Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' View Of The Rule Of Law Under The Background Of Micro-culture

College students,as important objects of the national education system,play an important role in the process of socialist rule of law.With the upgrading of mobile Internet technology,micro-culture has penetrated into every corner of social life by virtue of its advantages,which is favored by college students and is quietly changing people’s living,working and entertainment methods.Because of its unprecedented influence,micro-culture has undergone earth-shaking changes in the field of rule of law education,which brings opportunities for cultivating college students’ concept of rule of law in the new period,but it is also accompanied by new challenges.In view of this,scientific and rational integration of micro-culture into the cultivation of college students’ concept of rule of law,it is of great significance to promote the innovative development of the cultivation of college students’ concept of rule of law.The paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction.First of all,this paper analyzes the background,purpose and significance of the topic selection,and points out the practical basis for cultivating college students’ concept of rule of law under the micro-cultural background;Secondly,it combs and summarizes the research status of micro-culture and the cultivation of college students’ concept of rule of law at home and abroad,and clarifies the research ideas,research methods and research difficulties.The second part is the theoretical definition of micro-culture and cultivation of college students’ concept of rule of law.This paper starts with the overview of microculture and the cultivation of college students’ concept of rule of law,first expounds the concept,characteristics and manifestations of micro-culture,and then expounds the concept,objectives and contents of cultivation of college students’ concept of rule of law.On this basis,the relationship between micro-culture and the cultivation of college students’ legal concept is analyzed in detail.The third part is the perspective of the influence of micro-culture on the cultivation of college students’ view of rule of law.Combined with the results of literature analysis and questionnaire survey,it is pointed out that micro-culture enriches the carrier of cultivating college students’ concept of rule of law,improves the effectiveness of cultivating college students’ concept of rule of law,and innovates the form of cultivating college students’ concept of rule of law.At the same time,it can’t be ignored that microculture makes the environment of cultivating college students’ concept of rule of law increasingly complex,which affects the content of cultivating college students’ concept of rule of law and makes the dominant position of teachers of rule of law education decline.The fourth part is the countermeasure analysis of cultivating college students’ view of rule of law under the background of micro-culture.This paper mainly puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects,including: first,optimizing college students’ view of rule of law and cultivate micro-environment;Second is to construct the microcarrier for cultivating college students’ view of rule of law;Third,improve the media literacy of both sides of legal education in colleges and universities.
