A Study On The Cultivation Of College Students' Concept Of Rule Of Law In Minority Areas

The rule of law is the pursuit of the progress of human civilization and is an inevitable choice for the development of modern society.The rule of law is the strategy of our country and the only way to build a democratic country.In the process of promoting the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law,people's concept of the rule of law is particularly important.Only when all members of society respect the law and abide by the law can the socialist country under the rule of law be built as soon as possible.As the reserve talents for building socialism with Chinese characteristics,Chinese college students are an important force to promote social development.Their concept of the rule of law is directly related to the smooth implementation and long-term consolidation of China's rule of law.As an integral part of the rule of law construction in China,college students in minority areas are an important inheritor of the rule of law and leadership in minority areas.They play an irreplaceable role in building a law-based society in minority areas,consolidating ethnic Unity,and maintaining border security and stability.Therefore,the study on how to cultivate the concept of the rule of law for college students in ethnic areas is an important topic and has very important theoretical value and practical significance.Guided by Marxist theory,this thesis makes use of the methods of literature research,questionnaire investigation and interview to investigate and study on the basis of reference to relevant theoretical achievements at home and abroad.In addition to the introduction,the text has four parts.The first part is the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Based on the theory of Marxist rule of law and the theory of Marxism rule of law in China,this part expounds the concepts of the rule of law and the concept of the rule of law for college students,and defines the connotation of the rule of law and legal system,the rule of law and the rule of man.The second part is the current situation of the concept of the rule of law for college students in minority areas.Accordingto the central content of this paper,by designing,distributing and recycling the "Survey Questionnaire on the Present Situation of College Students in Minority Areas with the Concept of Rule of Law",using SPSS statistical software,This paper analyzes the status of the rule of law concept of college students in ethnic-minority areas from five aspects: learning law,knowledge law,law compliance,usage,cognition and evaluation of the rule of law.The overall level of the concept of the rule of law of college students in minority areas is high,and they have a strong awareness of the law and law compliance.However,it can not be denied that there are still a small number of college students with weak concept of the rule of law,lagging knowledge of the rule of law,lack of rule of law belief and insufficient ability to use the status quo.The third part is the analysis of the existing problems of the concept of the rule of law for college students in minority areas.The paper closely points to the survival and growth of college students in minority areas,and analyzes the reasons for the weak concept of the rule of law from the perspective of external factors such as geographical environment,social environment,school education,family influence,and internal factors of college students themselves.The fourth part is the cultivation strategy of the concept of the rule of law for college students in minority areas.In view of the special causes of the formation of the concept of the rule of law for college students in minority areas,this paper puts forward a specific cultivation strategy in accordance with reality and local conditions.First of all,we must vigorously create a good social legal environment;Secondly,colleges and universities in minority areas should improve and innovate the form and content of legal education;Thirdly,we must actively create a family atmosphere that respects the law,equality and harmony;Finally,college students in minority areas should take the initiative to strengthen the concept of the rule of law.
