Women's equal employment right is an important human right of women,and also an important right in the field of women's labor right.It is the basis of protecting women's property rights,participation in political and legislative regimes,and equal rights in marriage and family relations.The main cause of the inequality of women's employment rights is gender discrimination against women in employment.Gender discrimination in employment has various forms and complicated causes,and has a great impact on the exercise of women's other rights,so it should be paid more attention by legislators.At present,universal international conventions and regional international conventions have made general provisions on relevant issues.However,due to the differences in social conditions,the process of domestic legislation on relevant issues in various countries is uneven.The protection of women's human rights depends on the implementation of domestic legislation and the enforcement force.At present,China has "Labor Law","Employment Promotion Law","Law on the Protection of Rights and Interests of Women" and other laws concerning women's equal employment rights.However,there are still some shortcomings,such as unclear definition of women's equal employment rights,lack of perfect relief channels and anti-employment discrimination supervision institutions.China should base on the current situation of domestic legislation,absorb the advanced legislation practice of other countries in the world,and ensure the early realization of women's equal right to employment.
