Retirement is an important node in the life,because of external environment difference before and after retirement,personal psychological adjustment ability,the influence of such factors as everyone’s retirement is different.Throughout the retirees,male cadre’s environment is the most important difference between before and after retirement,cause among them there are many retired "failure".This kind of situation in psychopathology,known as "retired syndrome"."Retired syndrome" widely exists in male cadres group,seriously affects their retirement.In the existing related study,"retired syndrome" to analyze the social psychology and treatment.Based on the perspective of social work,to "retirement syndrome causes,symptoms,vulnerable groups and mitigation methods and so on carries on the analysis on the level of social work,exploring the case work method in the practice of male cadres" retired syndrome ".By means of a certain unit within the male retired cadres were investigated,choosing scientific and reasonable case study object.On the role theory and activity theory,under the guidance of intervention on male retired cadres of selected cases.Understanding of the service object to the micro system,medium and macroscopic system changes,as well as the service object itself in the hierarchy of needs.According to the specific environment of the service object,the specific reasons for implementing case intervention,to help the service object in psychosocial treatment mode purposefully adjustment state of mind active adaptation,at the same time improve the family and social environment of the service object,strengthen the frequency of interaction with surrounding environment.Through to the service object forecast in case the service plan,formulate relevant target.Under the coordination of social workers,eight to the service object to carry out targeted case service activities,promote the service object change cognition,adapt to life in retirement and benign development,to achieve the purpose of ease "retired syndrome".Through the practice exploration of social work,confirmed case work in to ease the "syndrome" retirement problem has certain practical results,further demonstrates the social work theory,enrich the field of social work practice.As well as "retired syndrome patients to provide more relief methods;Provide ideas for development of retired people to participate in social affairs,more social aging provide advice and reference.
