Rearch On The Informatization Construction Of Retired Cadres’ Service And Managementin Inner Mongolia

At present,the development of e-government in China has been relatively mature,and the informatization construction of government departments has also developed relatively well,but the informatization construction to the work of retired cadres in Inner Mongolia has just started.Working documents of retired cadres are still mainly circulated on paper,communication is mainly by telephone or door-to-door visit,and standardized management has not yet been formed.From the perspective of a long-term development,there are these problems,such as imperfect management system,unclear lines of authority and responsibility,and low work efficiency.This paper attempts to find out some existing difficulties in the work of retired cadres in Inner Mongolia at the current stage through analysis and research,to combine digital government and informatization means to solve problems and to promote transformation and upgrading of work.The Fourth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee once again proposed to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,while the maturity of informatization construction can promote the establishment of digital government,and provide an important starting point for promoting the modernization of the national governance capacity.This paper takes the informatization construction of the retired cadres as the research object,aiming to study from the perspective of the retired cadres staff.In the study,it is mainly through the field research of other provinces and regions to learn experience and methods;through the way of holding seminars in some league cities to understand the problems;and through the widely distributed questionnaires to survey and learn about the work,various businesses andneeds of retired cadres.After a long period of research,the author,in accordance with the actual situation in Inner Mongolia,analyzes the reasons why must carry out informatization construction to the work of retired cadres,discusses the difficulties that still exist at present,puts forward the construction path of informatization to the work of retired cadres,and combined with the actual situation,points out construction methods.In order to promote the high-quality development of the management work of retired cadres,the author,in accordance with the law of e-government construction,focusing on the idea of unified construction at the provincial level,hierarchical management and sharing usage at all levels,proposes path and methods of informatization construction of retired cadres,hoping to provide some ideas for the informatization construction of retired cadres in Inner Mongolia.
