The vast number of retired cadres have gained a wealth of social change and building expertise.Their specific political advantages,expertise experience and reputation power are vital political tools for the party to manage the country,and a core group for social growth and stability.The arrangement of pensioner cadres return to work is not only a fundamental concept of party and state policy,but also a fundamental way of improving the quality of life of retired cadres.QuJing City guides retired cadres to consciously gain positive attitude and understand the importance of life by coordinating retired cadres ’visits and inspections,documenting work regularly,reporting work on a regular basis,and seeking opinions.However,the previous study has shown that the retired cadres in QujJing still have problems of narrow coverage and are restricted by the platform.Moreover,the service capabilities of the relevant departments do not meet the actual value-added needs of retired cadres.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop relatively effective and efficient management systems to meet the new demands and expectations.Taking Qujing City as an example,this paper analyzes the status,existing problems and the related reasons of the role played by the retired cadres in Qujing in the means of literature analysis,investigation,interview and experience summary,combing with the theory of human resources development for the elderly and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs.The role of the retired cadres played should be organized and guided under the background of comprehensive deepening reform,in which the actual situation of the role played by retired cadres in Qujing should be analyzed to put forward targeted suggestions for the management of retired cadres and try to come up with new trains of though for how to give play to the role of retired cadres in a better way. |
