Research On The Prevention And Control Of Terrorist Activities In Shanghai From The Perspective Of Public Security

The term "terrorism" is well known in today's society.The people hate it and avoid it.It seems that it is still far away from us,but it actually happens to us.In 2009,Xinjiang "7.5 " Violence crimes,the "10.28" Jinshuiqiao terrorist attack in Beijing in2013,and the "3.1" horror and terror case in Kunming Railway Station in 2014.The tragic scene of the horror of the scene kept ringing alarms and terrorism was around.In recent years,influenced by international and domestic religious extremism and ethnic separatism,terrorist forces have gradually formed and started terrorist activities in the country,which has caused great harm to the lives and property of the people.As China's largest financial and trade port city,Shanghai is not only a window for China's foreign trade,but also a beautiful national “business card”.It is not only representative,but also has a large population,landmark buildings,developed logistics industry,and rail transit.A lot of features.These huge advantages and influences that Shanghai is proud of also make it easier for Shanghai to become a terrorist target and achieve its political purpose of terrorism.Fortunately,there have been no terrorist attacks in Shanghai so far,but the threat of terrorism still exists and is gradually approaching.Therefore,in order to effectively prevent the great harm caused by terrorist activities,it is of great practical significance to study how to prevent and control terrorist activities in crowded places in Shanghai.Public security organs and state security organs,as the public sector for preventing and controlling terrorist activities,bear the important responsibility of maintaining social security,preventing and stopping criminal acts,and are the most important state organs for terrorist activities.Based on the knowledge of public management theory,this paper draws on a large number of relevant cases and materials,and uses field trips,SWOT analysis,interviews,etc.,based on the status quo,characteristics and difficulties of the terrorist attacks in Shanghai,combined with terrorist activities at home and abroad.Preventive and disposal plans to study the potential problems and countermeasures and policies of Shanghai to prevent and control terrorism in the field of public security.First of all,by reviewing the literature works,the theories used in the research are summarized and the relevant theoretical support is clarified,which lays the foundation for the thesis at the theoretical level.Secondly,conduct research and interviews on existing anti-terrorism prevention and control policies and means in Shanghai,understand the current situation of terrorism prevention and control in Shanghai,and consider possible problems and hidden dangers.Finally,through the analysis of counter-terrorism prevention and control measures in countries and regions where terrorist attacks have occurred at home and abroad,we have proposed our own countermeasures and suggestions for anti-terrorism prevention and control in Shanghai from the perspectives of laws and regulations,publicity and education,cooperation and cooperation,and scientific and technological innovation.
