The Improvement Of The Theory Of Urban Anti-terrorism Mechanism

The current global terrorist activities into a new active period,including our country,the global anti-terrorism situation is becoming more and more serious.And look from terrorist incidents in recent years,terrorist groups often choose the city as a target,make the panic spread in cities,further expanding the scope of the impact.Because most areas in our country,especially in the southeast coastal city of counter-terrorism work started late,has not yet established a perfect city anti-terrorism mechanism,risk awareness is not strong,counter-terrorism experience deficiencies,business ability is not high,therefore,in this paper,in the southeast coastal areas of large and medium-sized cities,for example,further study of current status of urban anti-terrorism mechanism construction,that exist in the analysis to find the real root causes,and improve the Suggestions and countermeasures of city anti-terrorism mechanism in our country,in order to maintain stable city,and escort for the social economy rapid development.The full text is divided into three parts:The first part mainly elaborates cities terrorism and anti-terrorism situation.First has been clear about the definition and characteristics of terrorism,to highlight the concept of urban terrorism and anti-terrorism,secondly by understanding the current situation of the historical development of terrorism in China overall anti-terrorism situation in our country,expounds the realistic significance of the anti-terrorism city.The second part mainly analyzes the present situation and problems of urban anti-terrorism mechanism.In the cities of our country based on the analysis of the overall situation of the anti-terrorism,illuminates the current our country facing the southeast coastal areas involved risk and cause.And from ideology,legal norms,daily prevention,intelligence information,investigation,emergency disposal and so on six aspects,find out the loopholes that exist in the real work and short board,thus perfecting the mechanism of improving anti-terrorism direction.The third part focuses on comprehensive and perfect our country city anti-terrorism mechanism.In view of the above analysis shows that the real problem,put forward the legal norm should revise perfect the anti-terrorism,to strengthen publicity and education on terror,to push forward informationalization construction,counter-terrorism professionals create terror,promote urban terrorism prevention emergency ability and the innovation city of counter-terrorism work mode,perfect our country city anti-terrorism mechanism.
