| In recent years,the phenomenon of job burnout is more common in the workplace,because it is not easy to alleviate,so many researchers pay attention to.Job burnout has a serious impact on individuals,organizations and even the whole society.For individuals,from the full of fighting spirit and passion when entering the job,to lack of work motivation,and affect the physical and mental health of individuals and their families;For the organization,it not only reduces the production efficiency of the organization,but also increases the dimission rate of the employees if they are in the burnout state for a long time,which increases the management cost of the organization.Combining positive psychology and organizational behavior,this study aims to find effective ways to alleviate job burnout from individual and organizational levels.This study examines the relationship among psychological capital,organizational identity and job burnout,and examines the mediating role of organizational identity in the relationship between psychological capital and job burnout.Based on this,this study uses questionnaire survey to measure psychological capital,organizational identity and job burnout of 455 employees in a intelligent manufacturing enterprise in Suzhou.The results are as follows:1.There are differences in psychological capital,organizational identity and job burnout of intelligent manufacturing employees under different individual factors.(1)The overall level of psychological capital of intelligent manufacturing employees is not significant in gender,age,marital status and age,but there are differences in education level and position.In general,workers with higher levels of education or job rank have higher levels of psychological capital.(2)The overall level of organizational identity of intelligent manufacturing employees varies to varying degrees in age,marital status,education level,position and age.(3)The overall level of job burnout of intelligent manufacturing employees varies in age,education level,position and seniority.2.There is a significant negative correlation between psychological capital and job burnout,and psychological capital negatively predicts job burnout.3.There is a significant positive correlation between psychological capital and organizational identity,and psychological capital has a positive predictive effect on organizational identity.4.There is a significant negative correlation between organizational identity and job burnout,and organizational identity has a significant negative predictive effect on job burnout.5.Organizational identity plays a mediating role in the relationship between employee psychological capital and job burnout.Psychological capital not only directly affects job burnout,but also affects job burnout through organizational identity. |
