A Study Of Sato Nobuhiro's Conquest Thought In The "Intra Universe Confusion Theory"

Sato Nobuhiro（1769 ～ 1850）was a famous thinker in the later period of Edo.He began to travel around with his father when he was a teenager.He studied with the famous families such as Utagawa gennzui and Hirata atutane.He has written more than300 works in his whole life.He has not only left a large number of works on agricultural politics,but also has worldly views on governing the country.Such as advocating the division of the country into eight regions,a centralized country with the "three Tai and six governments" system,and educating citizens.One of the most representative is the proposition of "Intra universe confusion theory" in his book "the secret policy of confusion",which has had a great impact on Japan’s elements in future generations.Sato Nobuhiro lived in the period when Japan implemented the lock-in policy.The emergence of new production methods,the foundation of shogunate’s rule was fundamentally shaken,and Japan’s domestic contradictions were becoming increasingly fierce.During this period,European and American countries successively completed the bourgeois revolution and industrial revolution,and the outward expanding European and American countries pointed the spearhead at Japan.Faced with a series of crises in the political,economic and international situation,after extensive investigation and research,Sato Nobuhiro put forward a series of reform proposals to the shogunate and local vassal valves at that time.He suggested strengthening coastal defense.On the one hand,he prevented other countries from invading at sea.On the other hand,he put forward the idea of making Japan dominate the world.This article takes Sato Nobuhiro’s book "the secret policy of confusion" as the main research basis,uses the research methods of literature,graphic methods,comparative analysis,and study the ideological proposition of "the theory of confusion in the universe" from the original literature.First of all,it is clear that his thought comes from his family thought,the infiltration of Westernization thought,the Enlightenment of the ancient Shinto,the influence of "The view of imperial history" on him and the guidance of Honda Toshiaki’s thought.Secondly,by analyzing and summarizing the literature,the strategy of “Three steps”of Japan’s foreign invasion was expounded and analyzes Sato Nobuhiro’s plan,first analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of the Japanese invasion of “Shina”,that is,the most suitable place to start an attack from Manchuria,the Emperor settled in Nanjing,and pacified China in ten years.And then invade the whole Asia,including North Korea,India and other countries,and even the world.Thirdly,it also puts forward the specific strategies of educating the people after victory.Finally,in connection with history,his thought had a certain impact on Yoshida Songyin,Yamagata Aritomo,Tarui Toukiti and others,as well as on the proposal of Japan’s "mainland policy" and militarism.Sato Nobuhiro’s "Intra universe confusion theory" is a conquering thought of invading China,occupying Asia and dominating the world.His thought promoted the progress of Japan’s "mainland policy",guided the Japanese militarists to launch war,and became the guiding ideology and theoretical basis of Japan’s foreign aggression.
