An Analysis Of Cao Zhibai's Landscape Painting Style

Cao Zhibai’s landscape painting is based on inheriting the landscape painting style of Li Cheng and Guo Xi,and integrating the style of Dong and Ju.Under the environment of the development of Yuan dynasty painting,cao Zhibai’s landscape painting combines the styles of north and South to form a new style with its own characteristics,which has a great influence on the development of Yuan Dynasty and its descendants.This paper takes Cao Zhibai’s artistic thought as the origin,through the analysis of cao Zhibai’s most characteristic painting masterpieces,deeply explores cao Zhibai’s landscape painting style and its real origin as well as aesthetic value.However,according to the previous studies on Cao Zhibai and his works,this paper only briefly introduces cao’s painting style and role,but fails to explore the formation of Cao Zhibai’s painting style and the real origin of his thoughts.Through reading a large number of documents about Cao Zhibai,this paper analyzes and explores in detail cao zhibai’s life,the formation of the style of his works,the artistic features shown in his paintings and the influence of landscape painting.Through graphic analysis method carries on the comparison to painting,explains how Cao Zhibai found in the process of inheritance,integration,development of his artistic development direction,which not only can make us deeply understand Cao Zhibai as a representative of the yuan dynasty li guo sent landscape with unique landscape style,can also further under the background of the history of the big,We can have a comprehensive understanding of the development of landscape painting in yuan Dynasty.
