| In recent years,the Chinese TV drama market has formed a relatively stable TV drama school,such as Beijing School,Shanghai School,Northeast School,Shaanxi School and other TV series with distinctive regional characteristics,showing a situation where a hundred flowers bloom.Regional culture nourishes the creation of TV dramas,and TV dramas also spread regional culture in the form of images.However,the outside world has never had a clear impression of Jiangsu’s regional cultural characteristics in film and television dramas.Therefore,this article starts from this question and explores the characteristics of the regional culture and the existing problems in Jiangsu TV series.This article firstly starts from Jiangsu’s regional culture,discusses the relationship between Jiangsu’s regional culture and the creation of Jiangsu TV series,especially the function and value of Jiangsu’s TV series to the region where Jiangsu culture spreads.The study of the specific cultural issues of Jiangsu TV dramas needs to be based on the historical process and overall characteristics of the development of Jiangsu TV dramas.Therefore,based on the development history of Chinese TV dramas,the suggestions of the staff of the Jiangsu TV drama industry management department,and the actual creation of Jiangsu TV dramas,this article divides the development of Jiangsu TV dramas from 1979 to 2019 into four stages: the budding period,the exploratory period,the prosperity period,and the transition period.stage.On the basis of summarizing the development characteristics of TV dramas in various periods,it focuses on the overall survey of TV dramas that embody the characteristics of Jiangsu culture in Jiangsu TV dramas.In the course of historical development,Jiangsu culture gave birth to distinctive Wu culture,Huaiyang culture and Chu-Han culture.According to the classification of Jiangsu cultural regions and the actual creation of Jiangsu TV dramas based on relevant data,this article analyzes the selected TV dramas from three dimensions of Wu culture,Huaiyang culture and Chu-Han culture,and explores the specific cultural characteristics embodied in Jiangsu TV dramas.At the same time,during the research process of this article,it is found that Jiangsu TV dramas still have some problems in the process of shaping the image of regional culture: low output of works that reflect local cultural themes,inadequate extraction of Jiangsu regional culture,unbalanced cultural discovery in various regions,regional culture and audiovisual Poor integration and limited communication channels,etc.In this regard,this article puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: Jiangsu TV series creation should be based on Jiangsu’s diverse and characteristic culture,creating a "Jiangsu brand" film and television series;narrowing the gap between North and South cultural development,consolidating the development carrier of the film and television industry;intensifying the creation of "Jiangsu script",Comprehensively improve the quality of art;strengthen government support and create a good policy environment;conform to the trend of media integration,expand diversified communication channels,and so on. |
