Chinese-English Practice Report On The Opening Ceremony Of The 2021 World Artificial Intelligence Conference

Artificial intelligence is a branch of computer science.The research in this field includes robot,language recognition,image recognition,natural processing and expert system.This report selects the opening ceremony of 2021 world artificial intelligence conference as practical materials for Chinese-English consecutive interpretation.This report consists of four chapters: interpretation task description,interpretation task process,problems and Countermeasures in interpretation practice,and interpretation practice summary.The third chapter is the key content of this practice report.The main problems in this interpretation task are the redundancy and incoherence of the target language output.To solve the above problems,the methods of information merging,content integration,omitting translation,adding subject,logical word visualization and main information preposition are proposed.Through this interpretation practice,the author has benefited a lot and found many deficiencies.The author hopes to make continuous efforts to improve the interpretation ability in the future.At the same time,the author also hopes to provide reference for translators participating in such activities.
