Research On The Application Of Alien Animal Images In "Shan Hai Jing" In Sculpture Creation

Chinese traditional culture is extensive and profound.From the ancient times to today,our ancestors left us countless cultural treasures.In each historical stage and period,there are different cultural profiles and presentations.Many description images are more difficult to imagine than the aesthetic of today,For example,whether the image of many foreign animals in the book of mountains and seas is real or exaggerated on the basis of existing things at that time or the imagination of ideal things is not allowed to be today.The foreign animals in Chinese traditional culture are mostly found in the mountain and sea classics.Since ancient times,many academic researchers annotate or draw illustrations to transform the text into pictures.For the combination of the geography and reality of mountains and rivers in the book,the authenticity of their existence is explored.The book plays an important role in the exploration and research of traditional art image.This paper explores the image of the beast mentioned in the Sutra of mountains and seas,through the understanding of the characters.The text and two-dimensional images in the book are transformed into sculpture creation.As an artistic image in mythological stories,exotic animals not only have a direct reflection on the content of the book of mountains and seas,but also a good material for studying the book.Through the collection and research of historical materials such as the Shanhai classics and the picture of mountains and seas,the sculpture creation of the beast image of Shanhai classic is expounded based on the introduction of the text and the annotation of pictures and pictures preserved since Ming and Qing Dynasties.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the preface,which mainly elaborates the purpose and significance of this paper,the research background and the current situation,the content and methods of the research and the innovation points.The second chapter introduces the book of mountains and seas and the picture of mountains and seas,and analyzes the expression and artistic features of the beast image in the ancient book "mountain and sea map" in Ming and Qing Dynasties.The third chapter analyzes the image of the beast in the book of mountains and seas,and introduces its expression in the creation of sculpture subject.Chapter four elaborates the conception and process of sculpture creation of graduation works "mountain and sea strange aspiration",remoulds the image of foreign animals in the book of mountains and seas,makes innovations in the selection of works and material technology,and redesigns the traditional art image with the combination of contemporary sculpture design.Chapter five introduces the feeling and reflection of the creation of the works,and makes a prospect for the study of sculpture.This paper,through the interpretation of traditional culture and the re examination of contemporary sculpture design techniques,redesign the image of beast in the book of mountains and seas,and inherit and innovate the traditional art image and traditional culture.
