The modern society with the continuous development of science and technology provides children with a materially abundant childhood environment,but also creates an "artificial childhood" divorced from the real life of nature.The ubiquitous artificial visual idols,the environment that far away from nature,the homogenized game mode and the false prosperity of the virtual network make children farther and farther away from the real elements of real life.At the same time,the abundant material conditions of young people generally bring about a lack of inner motivation,spiritual loneliness and sense of meaninglessness.The root causes of various physical and mental problems are related to the lack of ontological perception of individuals.The isolation between the game environment and real life in childhood and the lack of physical experience of individuals lead to children's inability to integrate a complete and solid self-system.Exposure to natural game,real life interaction within the individual building on cohesion of self and perfect personality is crucial,the autologous system with stable ideal individual will often experience the self-worth of confirming the presence of feeling and real feeling.In the harmonious integration of body and mind,producing a steady stream of drive to support a meaningful life is very important.On the other hand,individuals with broken and weak self-system often find it difficult to feel the existence of the ontology,and their mental state without a sense of value cannot continue to spontaneously generate the motivation for life,leading to confusion and emptiness.At the same time,game activities with insufficient physical participation and single sensory stimulation are not conducive to the development of proprioception,resulting in the separation of spirit and body cognition,the increasing passivation of sensory organs and the coordinated development of body and mind.Embodied theory holds that personal vitality and sense of being come from mental development based on real physical experience,as well as a stable and positive relationship between the body,mind and the external environment.This research begins with the status quo of the prevalence of isolated from real life design and education phenomenon.This paper analyses the real artificial childhood environment effect on children's physical and mental development,and aims at warning people to attach importance to hinder the proprioceptive formation,which affects the coordination of body and mind,the self construction of the development of the artificial factor.And the paper tries to call for people to change the common childhood environment of reality,to build a natural environment,a real life environment and a steady social environment for children's childhood.
