Behavioral inhibition is the ability of individuals to inhibit incorrect and inappropriate behaviors in a specific context.Behavior inhibition is often considered as a prerequisite for making correct decisions, and poor behavior inhibition can lead to violence, aggressiveness,or suicidal behavior, and even induce crime. At this stage, due to the influence of academic, social, family and other factors, college students are prone to psychological and mental illnesses, which can lead to impulsive behaviors. This is also one of the fundamental reasons for the frequent occurrence of school violence, school crimes and suicides in recent years. Therefore, how to correctly guide contemporary college students to build better behavioral inhibition ability has become a hot topic of research.Existing studies have shown that scientific physical exercise has a positive effect on an individual's ability to inhibit behavior. From the previous research results, there are many literatures on the comparison of the difference of behavior inhibition between athletes and ordinary people. There are relatively few studies on the influence of exercise on individual behavior inhibition, and the literature on the effect of long-term exercise intervention on behavior inhibition is even less. It's so few. Therefore, this study selected an improved version of the behavioral inhibition measurement task(Go/No-go experimental task)combined with event-related potential technology(ERP)technology to explore the effect of long-term hip-hop exercise intervention on the behavioral inhibition of female college students and their inherent Neural mechanism. This study selects hip-hop(Hip-Hop style),which is popular among college students,as a means of exercise intervention, and selects 50 female college students from Southwest University as the research objects, and randomly divides them into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group is conducted for a period of 8 Three times a week,90 minutes of hip-hop sports interventions each time.In terms of research methods,an improved version of the Go/No-go experimental task is used as the stimulus material, and the ERP component of the pre-and post-test event-related potentials(ERP)of the subjects is recorded using the brain electrical recording system(Neuroscan)(N200)and the data of the ERP component(P300)for the event processing after the event is judged. The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Behavioral results: In the correct rate index, the experimental group and the control group did not find significant differences in the pre-test and post-test under the standard stimulus(Go stimulus)condition;while the deviation stimulus(No-go stimulus)condition The correct rate in the post-test phase of the middle experimental group was significantly higher than that of the pre-test phase(98.6±0.004%,95.6±0.12%,p<0.005).(2)ERP results:(1)In the N200 index, after exercise intervention, the N200 amplitude of the experimental group was more negative in the post-test(P<0.01),indicating that after exercise intervention, the participants dealt with the early stimulation of the experimental group.Ability has been significantly improved.(2)In the P300 index, after exercise intervention, the P300 amplitude of the experimental group when dealing with No-go stimulation was more positive(P=0.003),indicating that the distribution of attention resources of individuals in the experimental group increased after exercise intervention, the experimental group The incubation period of the P300 component in the post-test was significantly shorter than that in the pre-test(P=0.007),indicating that the experimental group's time to deal with deviation stimuli was shortened after the intervention of street dance.Based on the above behavioral and ERP results, this study believes that the street dance movement can significantly improve the behavioral inhibition of female college students. This study uses event-related potential(ERP)technology to gain a more in-depth and specific understanding of the influence mechanism of exercise on individual behavioral inhibitory function from the neurocognitive level,so as to promote the popularization and application of these advanced technologies in the field of sports research, and explore sports for future researchers.Intervention is a pavement for the relevant research on the influence of individual behavior inhibition;and through this experiment,it provides a theoretical basis for people to formulate scientific exercise plans, choose different exercise methods, and how to effectively improve the effect of exercise,so as to promote the participation of college students in sports and respond to the country. The call for national fitness;to improve school violence, school crime, impulsive suicide and other social problems to provide other solutions besides drug solutions.
