| The supervisory system is a relatively complete form of development in the power allocation of the ancient state governance system.Looking at the development of the ancient supervisory system in China, the Tang Dynasty Yushitai system is a milestone in the history of supervision. It is based on the inheritance of the Qin and Han supervision systems. The system of the three courts of Yushitai was pioneered.Whether it is from the construction of the Yushitai system, the operation of the organization, the formulation of supervision laws and regulations,or the selection of supervisors,it provides valuable historical experience for the construction of the supervision system of future generations. However, the limitations of the supremacy of imperial power, the limitations of feudalism of humble dignity, and the abuse of power by supervisory officials prevented the further consolidation of the centralized authoritarian system in the Tang Dynasty.Based on this,we should look at the Yushitai system of the Tang Dynasty from multiple angles on the premise of our country’s national conditions, and organically integrate several feasible measures of the Yushitai supervision system of the Tang Dynasty with the actual situation of our country, and remove the rough and precise.Use history as a mirror to build a socialist supervisory system with Chinese characteristics. |
