| In the historical process of music creation,harmony technique has always played a vital role.Harmony language embodies the creative characteristics of musicians in various historical periods as well as the evolution and course of music development.Its continuous innovation not only makes the content of music rich and colorful,but also makes the overall performance of music more and more beautiful and moving.This paper mainly studies and explores the harmonic technique of composer Prokofiev’s sixth,seventh and eighth piano sonatas and the influence of his harmonic technique on modern music.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction of composer Prokofiev’s life and the overview of his main works as well as the creation background and works of the sixth,seventh and eighth piano sonatas.The second part analyzes the chord usage of the sixth,seventh and eighth piano sonatas.This part is divided into two directions: 1.The use of tri-degree overlapping chords.2.Use of non-tridimensional superimposed chords.The third part analyzes the harmonic technique of the sixth,seventh and eighth piano sonatas.This part is divided into three directions: 1.The use of parallel harmony.2.Use of imported harmonies.3.The use of composite harmony.The fourth part is the reflection on the research on the harmony technique of the sixth,seventh and eighth piano sonatas. |
