"Goodness" is inseparable from our daily life, but what is "goodness" and "how to understand it" are not clear to everyone.Nowadays, the thoughts of money worship, atomic individualism and extreme liberalism are becoming more and more serious. There are many phenomena such as moral anomie and loss of conscience in the society. Therefore,it is very necessary and urgent to emphasize ethics, promote spiritual culture, and promote mutual love, while it is the key to seriously consider the issues of "goodness" and "benevolence" as the core of ethics.Since ancient times, philosophers have made their own inquiries into "goodness to goodness" from different ways.Among them,Aristotle, the great integrator of ancient Greek philosophy, known as "encyclopedic scholar",has the most profound, detailed and systematic thinking and Discussion on "goodness" in his "nicomark ethics".Zhou Fucheng said in the preface of nicomark's Ethics: "Aristotle's moral point of view or ethical thought is the guiding light of philosophers and ethicists for more than two thousand years, which has great influence on later generations.".If we want to change the state of "bad(not good)",purify people's souls, and make the society develop harmoniously,we should first study Aristotle's ethics, start with "how to know the good",then through the realization of "the good",finally "stop at the best".In this sense,it is of great practical significance to "go back to Aristotle",study his "nicomacho ethics" carefully and grasp Aristotle's thought of virtue as a whole. At the same time,it is of great theoretical value to understand the formation and essence of Aristotle's thought of "intellectual virtue",to clarify the role of intellectual virtue in the process of understanding "good",especially to clarify how to understand "good" by "logos"(wisdom, rationality)and "Nuss"(wisdom, theological wisdom),which are related to the core of "intellectual virtue".Based on the above thinking, this paper intends to discuss from the following three parts. The introduction mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the research, combing the research status and literature review at home and abroad, and puts forward the research content(Research Framework)and research methods. There are four chapters in this part. The first chapter discusses Plato and Aristotle's two ways of questioning the "good",at the same time,it focuses on the specific good as "the good of means" and the ultimate good as "the good of purpose" in nicomark's ethics. In the second chapter,on the basis of clarifying the basic concepts and functions of technology, science, wisdom, wisdom and Nuss, the rational virtue on the practical level and the rational virtue on the cognitive level are discussed, and the functions and internal relations of the rational virtue are explained. From this,it focuses on the rational virtue of "wisdom",analyzes why "wisdom" is the real sense of rational virtue, and then examines the relationship between wisdom and the mean. The third chapter mainly discusses the relationship between soul and virtue, the classification and characteristics of virtue,as well as the specific moral virtue. At the same time,it focuses on the "right logos" in nicomark's ethics. The fourth chapter is the difficulty of this paper. On the basis of sorting out the source, meaning, essence and function of "wisdom"(logos)and "Nuss"(theological wisdom),which are the core of "intellectual virtue",based on the text of nicomark's ethics,it specifically examines how these two can realize the understanding of "goodness supreme goodness".On the basis of summing up the research contents of this part, the epilogue part briefly introduces Mac Intyre's point of view of "going back to Aristotle",and points out that Aristotle's virtue theory has social practical significance and operability, which shows that it can find practical solutions for us to solve the moral problems we are facing today.
