People’s social life in modern society has been gradually infiltrated by science and technology,and with the continuous update of modern technology,the future will also move towards a more inseparable situation with the network.Of course,in addition to human clothing,food,housing,transportation,use,network life has a most attractive feature is entertainment.Real life bring people increasing pressure,they will shift the depressive mood is full of freshness and virtual network environment to,to get breakthrough for the development of a release,so the ethical order is not yet ripe for building a network society,all kinds of behavior anomie phenomenon still exists,and refresh the infinite human morals of the world.Starting from various demonstration phenomena of short videos,this paper studies the current development dilemma of short videos widely popular in human life from the perspective of short video publishers,short video application platforms and short video audiences.How to balance the ethical and moral boundary between cyberspace and human society? Balance the use of the right to freedom of the Internet with the legal boundaries of compliance? The main breakthrough of this paper is to make the short video platform not only use its own advantages to serve the human society,but also better build and manage the network society,rather than destroy the construction of human civilization.This paper is mainly divided into three parts:The first part introduces the rise of short video platform and its characteristics in the current era.Based on the characteristics of short video,this paper points out the positive and negative effects of short video on people’s social morality and discusses the inevitability of strengthening the moral regulation of short video platform in the future.The second part studies the development dilemma and reasons of short video platform in the process of moral construction.That is to discuss the conflict between moral behavior and legal rules,virtual society and real society,individual interests and collective interests from three perspectives,and find out the reasons for the emergence of this dilemma,the reasons from the interests driven,the virtual network space,the control of the dissemination of the three aspects.The third part puts forward the moral construction and Suggestions for the future development of short video platform.In view of the difficulties and reasons analyzed above,it is concluded that the moral construction of short video should combine laws and regulations with ethics,and apply both carrot and stick.Meanwhile,as a technology developer,short video platform should also improve the platform management mechanism to promote the harmonious development of short video network atmosphere.
