Lu Xun From The Perspective Of Law

As one of the most important characters in the history of modern literature.Lu Xun has many identities:for example,writer Lu Xun,thinker Lu Xun,translator Lu Xun.But Lu Xun as an individual in social life,he is an ordinary person Lu Xun.Lu Xun,as an ordinary person,has experienced several legal disputes in his life.Although Lu Xun is not a legalist of professional origin,it can not represent that Lu Xun has not thought about legal issues.From the point of view of legal practice.Lu Xun experienced several legal disputes in his life;from the ideological level,he attacked the unreasonable legal system in the form of literature,in essays and novels;even,Lu Xun's old age Teachers,students,friends have been dealt with by the authorities in the name of the law,will also cause Lu Xun to think about the law.He not only noticed the irrationality of the legal system itself,but also found various social problems arising from the implementation of the law.Although there is a lot of research on the legal events experienced by Lu Xun in the academic circles at present.the related research on his legal thoughts is slightly insufficient in quantity,and only the interpretation of Lu Xun's works from individual legal angles.Therefore.the lack of this Lu Xun and the law of this level of integrity of the study.For the integrity of Lu Xun research,there is still a need for research.Based on historical data,this paper reviews four legal disputes experienced by Lu Xun.On the basis of the existing research results,the relationship between Lu Xun and the law is studied,and Lu Xun's efforts to awaken people's resistance to unreasonable system are explored in his works.This thesis consists of four parts:introduction,text,conclusion and appendix.The introduction part includes the topic selection and significance,related research status,the overall idea of the paper and the innovation of the paper.The body part consists of three chapters.The first chapter is "Lu Xun's Life and Law ".This chapter mainly includes the discussion of Lu Xun's grandfather Zhou Fuqing's "science field case ",Lu Xun's" administrative lawsuit case "with Zhang Shizhao,the chief education officer,Lu Xun's" royalty case "with the North New Book Bureau,and the history and results of each case with Gu Jiangang's spirited contention,from which to explore Lu Xun's coping attitude in legal events.The second chapter is Lu Xun's thinking about the real law.This chapter mainly takes Lu Xun's criticism of the legal system and Lu Xun's guarantee of individual rights To find out Lu Xun as a thinker,thinking about issues.The third chapter is Lu Xun's legal consciousness embodied in the novel.This chapter mainly through the analysis of the legal events interspersed in the works of Lu Xun's novels,explains the ideological significance of Lu Xun's legal description.The conclusion part mainly summarizes the full text,expounds the essence of Lu Xun's legal thought,and the significance of Lu Xun's legal thought to today's society.Appendix part is mainly to Lu Xun read the legal aspects of the book made a collation.
