Domestic crime films have sprung up as a new force in recent years as film industrialization goes deep,and become the focus of film industry and audience.Not only does it obtain major awards of film festivals at home and abroad successfully,but also gets good box office performance.The creation of domestic crime films has changed since 2013,criminal taken as center,it not only presents social disease symptoms more acutely,but also lays stress on probing into and unearthing the criminal's spiritual world and individual living state.The audience is made unconsciously to excavate the connotation of subjectivity alienation that is implied in the criminal' s surface features while they are provided with the audio-visual impact and spiritual release at the same time.It' s both the questioning closely of the subjectivity by domestic crime films,and the questioning of social values and criticism of social discourse.This paper explores the subjectivity of criminals in domestic criminal films from the perspective of philosophy and sociology,interprets the presentation and characteristics of criminals,conducts philosophical introspection on the crisis of subjectivity,digs the deep logic of the cultural production of crime films to perform cultural introspection,discusses the problem of cultural value deficiency in contemporary society,and awakens the public's close attention to life,reflection on behavior and awareness of survival crisis.This paper contains three parts:Introduction,main body and conclusion,the main body includes five chapters.The part of introduction is a survey of the development of domestic crime films from two aspects of background and significance of subject selection,and clarify the research object and the main text that is to be discussed.Theoretical research results at home and abroad are sorted out and analyzed,the concept of a crime film and the concept of subjectivity are defined,in order to provide strong support for the research of the paper.Chapter One sorts out the basic facts of the development of domestic crime films and puts forward to the problem of subjectivity.It's divided into three parts.Part 1 makes boundary differentiation between crime films and other similar types of films,and analyzes typological characteristics of crime films;Part Two mainly analyzes the breakthrough of domestic crime films in recent years,domestic crime films pay close attention to social problem awareness and focus on social individuals more in contrast with their laying stress on enlightenment and narration of social fables in early stage.Part Three puts forward to the question of subjectivity in movies and triggers close attention to it.Chapter Two analyzes the text from the perspective of film narratology,and discusses how a domestic crime movie present the criminal subject from three aspects:different types of criminals,the identity of criminals and the film narrative.Chapter Three conducts text analysis from the perspectives of social psychology,criminal psychology and psychoanalysis theory,and discusses common psychological features and behavior characteristics of offenders:Unconscious violence,extreme emotions and closed and repressed social contact.In view of the subjectivity theory of modern philosophy and post-modernism philosophy,Chapter Four unearths the subjectivity crisis on the basis of the features of criminal subjectivity,and discusses the subjectivity crisis from three perspectives:influences of society on self-consciousness and individual existence as well as variation of values of individuals and groups under the influence of society.Chapter Five starts from sociology and analyzes that crime movies create a‘dystopia',questioning social and cultural phenomena as well as cultural awareness.It goes with three parts:landscaped visual symbols in crime films often make profound introspection that goes beyond their own culture and sociality;crime films try to shake off the institutional constraints of the real civilized world in a posture of inherent rebellion,such rebellion and shake-off are not only provided with the spirit of entertainment,but also with revelry sentiments that result from the empowerment of business culture to marginalized groups;the consumer society reflects the current class identity and social problems,which warns people to have a clear self-awareness in the consumer society.In Conclusion,the whole paper is summed up.It points out the complexity of research with dual character as well as where the research is to go further,suggesting a feasible research direction for the benign development of domestic crime films.
