This report is about the translation of the administrative regulation called Emergency Authorization for Measures Made Necessary by Hurricane Michael,which is enacted to compensate for the damage caused by Hurricane Michael.This administrative regulation covers a large number of legal and environmental professional vocabulary,and the text is characterized by rigorous diction,professionalism,and complex and variable sentence patterns,so special attention should be paid to the language style and wording in the translation process.During the translation process,the author uses a large number of omission and division methods for the enumerated articles according to the actual situation.Treatment of participles as attribute components should be translated by using omission methods and division methods and inversion methods.Back translation methods,substitution methods and omission methods should be used in dealing with the nominal anaphora in this report.The purpose of this translation practice is to provide a reference material for the translation of relevant administrative regulations.
