This thesis focuses on the contents of spleen and stomach thought and application in two books,Doctor's Secret Olympics and Shenzhai Suicide Book.By sorting out, comparing, analyzing and summarizing the research results of Zhou Shenzhai's related ancient literature and modern literature, the full text is divided into six parts: brief introduction of Zhou's life and works, thought of spleen and stomach characteristics, etiology and pathogenesis of spleen and stomach, treatment of spleen and stomach diseases, related spleen and stomach diseases and common prescriptions for regulating spleen and stomach.Zhou Shenzhai's thought of spleen and stomach medicine originated from the classics such as Huangdi Neijing,Nanjing,Treatise on Febrile Diseases, etc.,and was deeply influenced by Li Dongyuan and Zhu Danxi.Zhou emphasized that the spleen-stomach qi movement hub played a key role in the physiological functions of the five internal organs of the whole body, paying attention to spleen yang and not forgetting spleen yin.In the relationship between soil and his dirty,Zhou paid special attention to the close relationship between spleen and stomach and kidney life. The main contents of his thought are as follows:(1)Zhong Qi is a different name for Qi,and Zhou Shenzhai holds the monism of Qi,explaining that Zhong Qi,Qi,true Yang and fire are actually the same, which have different names because of their different positions and functions; The second fire of Jun Xiang is born with Zhong Qi and the essence of Zhong Qi is the interaction between the rise and fall of Jun Xiang and the second fire; The soil is dirty, and wood, fire, gold and water are born from the soil, all of which flourish with the soil; Two qi are connected one after another, and the innate kidney qi is connected with the acquired stomach qi from bottom to top,and can flow all over the body in one week;Emptiness is the value of Qi,and it is expounded that the ups and downs of spleen and stomach hub are not only beneficial to transportation and transformation, but also can promote the mutual aid of real water and real fire;Spleen yin is dominant in moistening, which embodies the characteristics of Zhou Shenzhai's spleen yin theory from different aspects such as physiology, pathology, prescription selection and medication. As for the etiology and pathogenesis of spleen and stomach,Zhou emphasized three aspects: the loss of Qi in the second day,the loss of Qi in the middle, and the deficiency of spleen yin.The main pathological manifestations are that fire doesn't make soil, and true yang goes beyond it.The loss of qi in the air will affect the subtle transfer of Shui Gu and the intersection of heart and kidney.Deficiency of spleen yin will lead to fire caused by yin deficiency, and the use of soil by the liver.According to the above etiology and pathogenesis,Zhou put forward corresponding treatment principles and methods, such as26-character machine,Qi-absorbing method and spleen-yin tonifying method, and applied them to the treatment of fire syndrome, flaccidity syndrome,spleen-stomach deficiency of five internal organs, blood syndrome and other diseases.Zhou Zhou's prescription also has innovations, such as inheriting and improving the harmony and dispersion of his teacher Xue Lizhai; To Buzhong Yiqi Decoction, the usage of "retaining flavor with qi" and "retaining flavor with flavor" is put forward. In the use of Sijunzi Decoction,we pay attention to the concept of "harmony" and put forward different usages of "waking","lifting","supplementing","nourishing" and "treating".
