| Objective: By analyzing and discussing the relationship between spleen deficiency,phlegm dampness and stroke sequelae,this paper summarizes Professor Chen Yiguo's experience in treating stroke sequelae by regulating qi and activating yang,strengthening spleen and removing dampness,and combining acupuncture and medicine,summarizes Professor Chen Yiguo's clinical characteristics of treating diseases from spleen,and broadens his understanding of the treatment ideas of difficult and miscellaneous diseases.Method:1.By sorting out the concept and understanding of phlegm,the generation of phlegm,the relationship between spleen and phlegm,the relationship between phlegm and blood stasis and the incidence of stroke sequela,and the relationship between spleen and stroke sequela,and combining the characteristics of Hefei Gan Hou Wei,which is easy to damage spleen and cause deficiency and phlegm,this paper summarizes the necessity of treatment from spleen,and demonstrates the application of invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm method in stroke sequela combined with Professor Chen Yi Guo's academic thought Therapeutic effect.2.Go out with the teacher to improve the understanding of Chen Shi's treatment ideas and academic ideas through the method of "copying prescription,thinking and summing up";inquire the related papers of the tutor and his fellow brothers and sisters in the school's E-reading room and study them in depth;regularly exchange learning experience with the tutor face-to-face to enhance the understanding of the tutor's diagnosis and treatment ideas;collect the medical information related to stroke sequelae during the outpatient period The investigation contents were input and filed in the form of electronic version;Excel was used to establish the database;spss21.0 statistical software was used for analysis.3.Typical cases were selected from the cases for analysis,and Chen Shi's law of acupuncture and medication was deeply explored.Result:1.The occurrence of apoplexy is nothing more than wind,fire,phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency.Professor Chen believes that the sequela period is caused by the body's loss of Qi and blood nourishment,which is related to blood deficiency,blood stasis and external pathogens,but closely related to spleen deficiency and phlegm generation.In the treatment,daqinjiao decoction was used as the main prescription.Three abdominal needles were selected for acupuncture: Tianshu(both sides)and Jianli;three acupuncture points for Tongyang:Baihui,Shangxing and Fenghui;key points for Jianpi Huatan: Zhongwan,Fenglong and Zusanli;upper limbs: chize,Neiguan and Hegu;lower limbs: yinlingquan,Yanglingquan and Xuanzhong;clavicular points: spleen,upper limbs and lower limbs.2.30 patients after clinical treatment,the results showed that: 3 cases were basically cured,13 cases were significantly improved,8 cases were improved,5 cases were slightly improved,1 case was unchanged,the total effective rate was 96.67%;The scores of symptoms before and after treatment were as follows 8.20±1.93 and 4.03±1.65?4.43±1.35 and 1.93±1.50?5.33±1.74 and 2.73±2.01(P < 0.01),The results were statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Professor Chen Yiguo emphasized the pathogenesis of spleen deficiency and Qi weakness coexisting with phlegm and blood stasis and collaterals obstruction in the clinical treatment of apoplectic sequelae.He followed the classic Decoction to attack the inside,acupuncture and stone to treat the outside,and advocated acupuncture and medicine at the same time.The medicine is often used in daqinjiao decoction,but it is changed from clinical treatment.The theory is combined with practice.Acupuncture works in the early health and later disease,flexibly combined with clavicular acupuncture,and pays attention to the treatment of the spirit.He is good at pulse diagnosis and good at medical treatment.2.Professor Chen Yiguo's treatment of apoplectic sequelae with acupuncture and medicine is effective. |
