| Objectice: By observing and evaluating the clinical effect of invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm acupuncture on vascular cognitive disorder based on dyslipidemia(VCI),the clinical feasibility and effectiveness of invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm acupuncture in the treatment of VCI were evaluated, providing more clinical treatment reference for further understanding and selection of treatment plans for VCI,and also providing theoretical basis for the therapeutic effect of VCI in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: All the cases in this study were from outpatients and inpatients in Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to January 2023.Sixty-two patients who met the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for VCI and dyslipidemia were selected and randomly divided into control group(31 cases)and observation group(31 cases)according to the digital table method.During the trial, one case was lost in each group. Finally,a total of 60 cases were included, including 30 in the control group and 30 in the observation group. The two groups were given basic treatment, the control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets, the observation group on the basis of the treatment of the control group was added with strengthening the spleen and phlegm, and the points were selected at bilateral Fenglong,Zusanli and Sanyinjiao for 5 days a week, for 4 consecutive weeks as a course of treatment for 3 months. The changes of MMSE,Mo CA,ADL scores, blood lipid levels,TCM symptoms and efficacy scores before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups,to explain the differences between the control group and the observation group within and between groups,so as to verify the effectiveness and safety of invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm acupuncture in the treatment of VCI based on dyslipidemia. The situation before and after the safety indexes such as blood routine, stool routine, liver and kidney function and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:1.Comparison of baseline data between the two groups showed no significant difference(P > 0.05).2.The score index of MMSE,MoCA,ADL,blood lipid level and the integral quantification table of TCM syndrome were compared in pairs in each group. The test showed that P < 0.05,with significant statistical difference, suggesting that both western medicine and acupuncture could improve the cognitive function of patients with VCI based on dyslipidemia.3.According to the efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine, the total effective rate of the observation group was 80%,and that of the control group was 60%.In the observation group,0 cases were cured,2 cases were obvious,22 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective, and 24 cases were total effective. In the control group,0 cases were cured,2 cases were effective,16 cases were effective,12 cases were ineffective, and 18 cases were total effective. Therefore, invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm injection is more effective in the treatment of VCI based on dyslipidemia.Conclusion:1.Invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm acupuncture can significantly improve the cognitive function and daily living ability of patients with dyslipidemia VCI.2.The scores of scales of invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm acupuncture combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets and atorvastatin calcium tablets alone were improved compared with before, but the effect of invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm acupuncture combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets was more significant than that of atorvastatin calcium tablets alone, and it was considered that the combined drug effect was better.3.Invigorating spleen and eliminating phlegm acupuncture method is safe and effective, without toxic side effects. |
