Purpose: This experiment in the meridian of yangming foot followed qi street as an example,the comparative observation on the curative giant intervened,gas street location groin superficial fascia incision group and not cut group,the blank group,on STC,model group,chronic transit constipation rat droppings grain number,water proportion,ghrelin SP value,calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP),intestinal propulsion rate of carbon ink,To investigate the effect of the destruction of fascia structure on the intestinal function of rats with chronic constipation induced by electroacupuncture with Shangjuxia.Material and method:Twenty-four SD rats(SPF),12 females and 12 males,were divided into four groups by using random number table,they were Fasciotomy Group(N = 6),Chronic Transit Constipation(STC)Group(N = 6),non-fasciotomy Group(N = 6)and Blank Group(N = 6).STC model was established in open group,STC group and Uncut Group.Methods: the Blank Group was not performed fascia incision,STC model and electro-acupuncture therapy.STC Group: After the completion of modeling,continue to raise the routine,in addition to the simulation grasp without electro-acupuncture treatment.In the incision group,the superficial Inguinal Fascia was incised at the beginning of the model making.After the model making was completed,electroacupuncture was used to unilateral Giuxu rats for 7 days,once a day,30 minutes a time.The superficial INGUINAL FASCIA was not incised in the unincised group.The other operations were the same as those in the incised group.The general condition of rats was observed and recorded every 6 days from the beginning of electro-acupuncture treatment.The feces of rats were collected every 6 days for24 hours and the quantity and water ratio were calculated.After treatment,the feces of rats were collected once for 24 hours,and after 24 hours of fasting and water deprivation,the carbon powder propulsive test was carried out.Pathomorphology of colon in rats was observed after sampling.The expression of CGRP AND SP in rat colon was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the result was integral optical density.Results:1.The number of fecal particles in 24 hours: STC Group was significantly higher than STC group(p < 0.05),STC group was significantly higher than STC group(p < 0.05),STC group was significantly higher than STC group(p < 0.05).There was no significant difference between Uncut Group and Blank Group(p > 0.05).It was suggested that the defecation volume of the Uncut Group and the open group was improved,and the effect of the uncut group was better than that of the blank group.2.The ratio of fecal water at 24 H IN RATS: Uncut Group,open group,STC group(p < 0.05),open group,STC group and blank group(p < 0.05),STC group and blank group(p < 0.05)were significantly different.There was no significant difference between Uncut Group and Blank Group(p > 0.05).The results showed that the fecal water content of Uncut Group and open group was improved,and the treatment effect of Uncut Group was better than that of blank group.3.The rate of intestinal carbon powder propelling was significantly higher in the uncut group than that in the open group and the STC group(p < 0.05),and significantly higher in the open group than that in the blank group(p < 0.05).There was no significant difference between Uncut Group and Blank Group(p > 0.05).It is suggested that the intestinal motility of the Uncut Group and the open group was improved,and the effect of the uncut group was better than that of the blank group.4.Compared with STC group and STC group(p < 0.05),there was significant difference between STC group and STC group(p < 0.05)and STC group and STC group(p < 0.05).There was no significant difference between Uncut Group and Blank Group(p > 0.05).The expression of CGRP in Colon of incised group was lower than that of STC group and higher than that of unincised group.5.Compared with STC group and STC group(p < 0.05),there was significant difference between STC group and STC group(p < 0.05).There was no significant difference between Uncut Group and Blank Group(p > 0.05).The expression of SP in Colon of incised group was higher than that of STC group and lower than that of unincised group.Conclusion:1.Electro-acupuncture treatment can effectively improve the number of stool particles,fecal water ratio,intestinal motility in model rats.2.Electroacupuncture at ju-xu point can increase SP secretion and decrease CGRP secretion in colon of rats,then promote peristalsis of large intestine and improve chronic conduction constipation.3.Compared with the open group,the fecal morphology and intestinal transport were significantly improved in the uncut superficial inguinal Fascia.4.Destruction of the fascia structure at the position of Qi Street will reduce the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture on the intestinal motor function of STC rats.
