Based On Data Mining Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For The Treatment Of Post-stroke Abnormal Coagulation Function, The Medication Rules And The Evaluation Of Drug Dosage

Purpose:This study selected about TCM treatment of coagulant function abnormality after stroke in modern literature,the extraction of the original data entry "TCMISS V2.5" software,in order to analysis summary of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of coagulant function abnormality after stroke drugs and dosage of insect drugs is evaluation,aiming at providing a new method for the clinical treatment with the solution.Material and methods:The literatures used in this study were all from the literatures published on CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP database and China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)during 2011-2020,all of which were about the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of coagulation dysfunction after stroke.Extracted by into and twice eliminated after screening,treatment of coagulant function abnormality after stroke in the literature data,after standardized treatment USES one input,one check method,set up the database,such as frequency,correlation and entropy clustering analysis,it is concluded that use drug treatment of stroke,the core of coagulant function abnormality,formula and alternative New Zealand.Results:1 From this study,a total of 147 prescriptions,involved type 170 times,Chinese traditional medicine yinpian use the total frequency of 1665 times and frequency of usage of the top ten single herbs for,earthworm,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,safflower,leeches,angelica,astragalus,peach kernel,salvia miltiorrhiza,stone calamus,licorice.2 In the treatment of coagulation dysfunction after stroke,"warm" drugs were the most common,"flat" and "cold" drugs were the second and the third.Most of the five flavours were "bitter" flavours,"sweet" and "spicy" flavours were the second and the third.Most of the meridians were transferred to the "liver meridians",and the "heart meridians" and "spleen meridians" ranked second and third.3 Traditional Chinese medicine prescription for the treatment of coagulant function abnormality after stroke,except by the five commonly used medicines for the leech earthworm,rhizoma ligustici wallichii leeches,salvia miltiorrhiza safflower,rhizoma ligustici wallichii scorpion,lumbricus-stone calamus,scorpion lumbricus,core formula for lumbricus-leech-rhizoma ligustici wallichii-scorpion-salvia miltiorrhiza-stone calamus.4 Treatment of coagulant function abnormality after stroke prescription of traditional Chinese medicine treated after analysis,a total of 12 evolved potential drug combination,get candidate New Zealand 6:(1)Chinese angelica,astragalus membranaceus,rhizoma ligustici wallichii-red-orange-bravery south star-pinellia rhizoma gastrodiae-atractylodes;(2)scorpion-stiff silkworm-ground dragon-shengjin grass;(3)Cistanche-Morinda officinalis-Cinnamomum officinalis-Epimedium-Fructus Lycii-Pasuton;(4)Acorus graminius-polygon-turmeric-magnolia officinalis;(5)Fructus Aurantii-Bupleurum-Platycodon grandiflorum-keel-Peony bark;(6)Cassia twigs-Asarum-Dried ginger-Poria cocos-Mustard seeds.5 The therapeutic window of Dilong was 3-15 g,P10-P90 was 5-15 g,and the common dose was 15g(40.91%).The therapeutic window of leech was 0.5 ? 15 g,P10 ? P90 was 3 ? 10 g,and the common dose was 10g(26.47%).The treatment window of scorpion was 3 ? 10 g,P10? P90 was 3 ? 7.4g,and the most common dose was 6g(34.09%).The therapeutic window of silkworm was 5 ? 15 g,the dose of P10 ? P90 was 5 ? 12 g,and the most commonly used dose was 10g(57.14%).Conclusions:1 Based on modern literature,traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of coagulation dysfunction after stroke mainly includes promoting blood circulation,dredging collaterals and removing phlegm.Core combinations "lumbricus leech-rhizoma ligustici wallichii-scorpion-salvia miltiorrhiza-stone calamus",can clear phlegm and dispelling stasis,collaterals,and unclogged arteries in theory can be used as a treatment of coagulant function abnormality of stroke by party base flavored party,based on entropy clustering analysis on the basis of the six New Zealand group,with dry wet phlegm,Xi Feng antispasmodic,removing liver and kidney,latent Yang nerves,in addition to bother to understand.2 The upper limit of dosage threshold of insecticidal drugs,such as diaphysalis,leech,scorpion and silkworm,all exceeded the legal upper limit of dosage in the pharmacopoeia.The overdose of insecticidal drugs in the clinical treatment of coagulation dysfunction after stroke has become a normal or trend.3 Using "TCMISS analysis therapy after stroke" drug law of coagulant function abnormality,has certain scientific,but a systematic analysis of the core dosage of drugs,drug combination,and clustering analysis based on entropy evolution potential of New Zealand,the candidate Singapore,neither completely deviate from the known prescription,and better reflects the compatibility of the new train of thought,has application value.
