Study On The Effect Of Compound Huangqi Decoction On The Reduction Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Type ?~? Type MG Related Western Medicine And AChR-Ab

Purpose:The efficacy of Compound Huangqi Decoction on spleen and kidney deficiency type and MGFA ??? types were explored by observing the improvement of myasthenia gravis(MG)clinical symptoms before and after treatment,the reduction of related basic western medicine,and the change in acetylcholine receptor antibody(AChR-Ab)titer.Materials and methods: A total of 46 MG cases who were in the Liaoning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine outpatient clinic and their conditions met the criteria from October 2018 to March 2019 and met the criteria were collected.Those cases included 19 males and 27 females,with a ratio of 1:1.42;the youngest and oldest age of onset was 18 years old and 82 years old,respectively;the course of the disease was from 1 month to 26 years.There are two treatment groups: 1)group A(Prednisone combined with Pyridostigmine Bromide);2)group B(Compound Huangqi Decoction is added to group A);the course of treatment was 6 months,and the follow-up was 18 months.Patients' general information was recorded,including serum AChR-Ab titers before and after treatment,the reduction and discontinuation of related western medicine at each observation point,myasthenia gravis-absolute and relative scoring system(MG-ARS),myasthenia gravis-activities of daily living(MG-ADL),myasthenia gravis post-intervention status(MG-PIS),and adverse reactions.Then,these data were analyzed using by the SPSS 26.0 software.Result:1.AChR-Ab:After treatment,AChR-Ab decreased in both groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the decrease in group B was more significant(P<0.01).There was no significant correlation between MG-ARS and AChR-Ab before and after treatment(P>0.05).2.MG-ARS:After treatment,the MG-ARS of each observation point in the two groups changed,with statistical significance(P<0.01).The relative scores between the groups were scored,and the improvement of the symptoms in group B was better than that in group A.The total effective rates of the two groups were: in group B,“marked effect” was reached at the 3rd month,and patients were “basically cured” at 6 months(P<0.05);in group B,there was a significant reduction in the amount of western medicine in the 3rd and 6th months,and the Compound Huangqi Decoction efficacy time was 3 months.3.Follow-up: At the end of the observation,90.91% of patients in group B discontinued Pyridostigmine Bromide and 81.82% discontinued Prednisone;group B achieved MG-PIS better compared with group A,and B had stable efficacy(P<0.05);Compound Huangqi Decoction can help reduce or stop related basic western medicine and reduce adverse reactions caused by western medicine.Conclusion:1.The level of AChR-Ab can be used as an index to judge the improvement of curative effect,and the level of antibody is not directly related to the disease.2.Both groups have a clear curative effect on the treatment of spleen-kidney deficiency type and MGFA??? type MG.Compound Huangqi Decoction combined with related basic western medicine presented a significant effect in the 6th month.Compound Huangqi Decoction can significantly improve clinical symptoms,lower the level of AChR-Ab,and reduce the dose of related basic western medicine.3.During the follow-up period,patients who used Compound Huangqi Decoction combined with related basic western medicine reached MG-PIS better than related basic western medicine,and Compound Huangqi Decoction have a stable efficacy.
