Objective:Purpose: by collecting recent years about clinical go up after the party,the party internal and treatment of gastric carcinoma,gastric cancer,GC)postoperative complications of literature,USES the method of data mining technology and analyzes literature drug characteristics,explore the party,the party of postoperative complications of treatment of cancer of the stomach medication characteristics and laws,and explore the party code technique based on the integration of pharmacology platform soup treatment of gastric cancer may function targets and pathways,explore the effective treatment and reliable drug laws,so as to improve clinical curative effect,optimization of treatment plan.Materials and Methods: Through the collection of the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,and VIP Database,the literature published in the past 30 years on the treatment of postoperative complications of gastric cancer by Jingfang prescription and Shi prescription since the establishment of the database to June 2020.Excel was used to analyze the frequency and frequency of drugs in the included literature,and SPSS18.0 and SPSS Modeler18 were used to conduct association analysis and cluster analysis on high-frequency drugs,so as to explore the medication rules and characteristics of Jing prescription and Shi prescription in the treatment of postoperative complications of gastric cancer.The related targets and possible action pathways of Zhizhu Decoction in the treatment of gastric cancer were analyzed by using the integrated pharmacology platform.Results:1.In this study,61 literatures on the treatment of postoperative complications of gastric cancer were included,including 42 prescriptions,including 18 prescriptions of meridian and24 prescriptions of time.Among them,39 are at the ? level,10 are at the al-level level and12 are at the al-level level.Published between 1988 and 2020.Six postoperative complications of gastric cancer were involved,including gastroparesis syndrome,dumping syndrome,intestinal obstruction,fatigue syndrome,obstructive jaundice,and bile reflux gastritis.In the treatment of gastroparesis syndrome,Pinellia,rhubarb and dried ginger prescriptions can be used.In the treatment of dumping syndrome,Pinellia type prescriptions can be used.Rhubarb prescriptions can be used in the treatment of postoperative intestinal obstruction for gastric cancer.In the treatment of obstructive jaundice,bile reflux gastritis,can be applied Bupleurum formula.2.A total of 115 traditional Chinese medicines were involved in the literature after gastric cancer surgery,with 542 times of use.The top five drugs with high frequency of use in the treatment of gastric paralysis syndrome,dumping syndrome and fatigue syndrome were licorice,Pinellia pinellia,Atractylodes Atractylodes and Tuckaea cocos,in order.Treatment of gastric cancer postoperative intestinal obstruction of high frequency drugs are mainly rhubarb,magnolia officinalis,hawthorn,mirabilite.3.Through association analysis,it was found that the drug pairs and drug combinations with the strongest correlation between Jingfang and Shi Fang in the treatment of postoperative complications of gastric cancer were in the order of(1)licorice and pinellia chinensis;Licorice,atractylodes;Glycyrrhizae,Poria cocos(2)Poria cocos,Atractylodes Atractylodes,Glycyrrhizae(3)Atractylodes Atractylodes,Tangerine Peel,Pinellia pinellia,Poria cocos;Atractylodes atractylodes,tangerine peel,licorice,poria cocos;Atractylodes Atractylodes,Licorice,Pinellia tuber,Poria cocos.The drug pair and drug combination with the strongest correlation in the treatment of gastroparesis syndrome after gastric cancer operation were in the order of(1)licorice and Codonopsis pilosula;Atractylodes Atractylodes,Poria cocos;Pinellia pinellia,Codonopsis codonopsis(2)Poria cocos ? Atractylodes Atractylodes and Licorice;Atractylodes atractylodes ? poria and liquorice(3)liquorice ? dried ginger and codonopsis and pinellia tuber;Pinellia pinellia,dried ginger and codonopsis and licorice;Dangshen,dried ginger and pinellia pinellia and licorice.The drug pair and drug combination with the strongest correlation in the treatment of postoperative dumping syndrome of gastric cancer were in the order of(1)licorice and tangerine peel;Licorice,poria cocos;Glycyrrhizae,Pinellia pinellia(2)Glycyrrhizae ?Tangerine peel and Poria cocos(3)Poria cocos ? Dangshen and Atractylodes and Tangerine peel;Licorice,Dangshen and Atractylodes and Poria,etc.The drug pair and drug combination with the strongest correlation in the treatment of postoperative fatigue syndrome of gastric cancer were in the order of(1)licorice and atractylodes;Licorice,poria cocos;Atractylodes atractylodes,Poria cocos(2)Poria cocos ? Tangerine peel and Atractylodes atractylodes;Atractylodes Atractylodes ? Dangshen and Tangerine Peel(3)Atractylodes Atractylodes ?Ginseng and Poria and Licorice;Tuckahoe ? Ginseng and Atractylodes and Licorice.The drug pair and drug combination with the strongest correlation in the treatment of postoperative intestinal obstruction of gastric cancer were in the order of(1)rhubarb and magnolia officinalis;Hawthorn,rhubarb;FAI,Magnolia officinalis(2)FAI,Rhubarb and Magnolia officinalis;Rhubarb ? Magnolia officinalis and Citrus aurantii;Magnolia officinalis ? rhubarb and hawthorn;Magnolia officinalis ? mirberite and rhubarb and hawthorn;Rhubarb ? Glauber's Glauber and Magnolia officinalis and Citrus aurantii.By cluster analysis,the high frequency drugs of Jingfang and Shi Fang in the treatment of postoperative adverse reactions of gastric cancer were divided into 8 categories.4.A total of 274 chemical components and 1611 disease-related genes of Zhizhu Decoction were collected by network pharmacology method,and there were 67 identical targets of Zhizhu Decoction and gastric cancer.PPI network diagram showed that Akt1,TP53,CASP3,MAPK1,MAPK3,VEGFA,and Jun were the most associated targets.GO enrichment analysis revealed 1166 biological processes,62 molecular functions and 256 cellular components,and the KEGG signaling pathway enrichment mainly involved 157 pathways.5.Conclusion:1.The treatment of postoperative complications of gastric cancer by prescription and prescription should be based on syndrome differentiation,and the prescription can be selected freely without restrictions of surgical methods,pathological types and clinical stages.2.The high-frequency drugs of Jingfang and Shi Fang in the treatment of gastroparesis syndrome,dumping syndrome and fatigue syndrome after gastric cancer operation are mainly licorice,poria,Atractylodes Atractylodes and Pinellia pinelliae.Treatment of gastric cancer postoperative intestinal obstruction of high frequency drugs are mainly rhubarb,magnolia officinalis,hawthorn,mirabilite.3.Association rule analysis of Jingfang and Shi Fang in the treatment of postoperative gastric cancer with gastroparesis syndrome,dumping syndrome and fatigue syndrome showed that the most relevant drugs were drug pair,jiaoyao and four drugs were all based on Sijunzi Decoction.The association rule analysis of Jingfang and Shi Fang in the treatment of postoperative intestinal obstruction for gastric cancer showed that the most relevant drugs were duo,jiaoyao and four drugs,which were all based on Dachengqi Decoction.4.Cluster analysis of Jingfang and Shi Decoction in the treatment of postoperative complications of gastric cancer showed that Jingfang,Taohe Chengqi Decoction and Liujunzi Decoction could be used in the treatment of postoperative complications of gastric cancer.5 Zhizhu Decoction synergistic regulates Prostate cancer,Endocrine resistance,Hepatitis B and other signaling pathways through multi-component and multi-target interactions.The molecular mechanism of its treatment of gastric cancer may be related to cytochemical stress response,cytochemical stress response,reactive oxygen species response,oxidative stress response,and gland development.
