Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Yiqi Huoxue Method In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease

Purpose: By observing the improvement of various indicators in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)by the method of replenishing qi and activating blood,evaluate the clinical efficacy of the method of replenishing qi and activating blood in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(deficiency of qi and blood stasis).Materials and Methods: A total of 62 subjects who met the diagnosis of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Western medicine and met the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine were selected.They were all patients who visited the expert clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to December 2020.According to the random number table method,the control group received conventional Western medicine basic treatment,and the test group received the Yiqi Huoxue decoction at the same time as the conventional Western medicine basic treatment.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The scores of TCM syndromes,nitroglycerin dosage,exercise tolerance index,Seattle angina pectoris scale scores before and after treatment were observed between the two groups of patients,and SPSS was used for comparative analysis.Result:1.General information: There was no significant difference between the two groups of subjects in gender,age,and comorbid diseases(P>0.05).2.Comparison of total score and efficacy of TCM syndromes: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups of patients(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,compared with the control group,the TCM syndrome scores of the test group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).In terms of the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.67%,which was better than the total effective rate of 63.33% in the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of nitroglycerin dosage: The dosage of the two groups was reduced,and the stopping rate of the test group was 76.67% higher than that of the control group 53.33%(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.4.Exercise tolerance comparison: Before treatment,there was no difference in indicators between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the indicators of the two groups of patients improved.In the time of inducing ST-segment depression by 0.1m V,the time of appearance of the experimental group was delayed compared with the control group(P<0.05);in terms of total exercise time,compared with the control group,the experimental group Exercise time is longer(P<0.05);the improvement of the experimental group is better than the control group(P<0.05)at the maximum value of ST segment decline;the metabolic equivalent of the experimental group is also higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale Points: Before treatment,there was no difference in the scores of five dimensions between the two groups of patients,P>0.05.After treatment,the scores of the two groups were improved.The scores of the test group were higher than those of the control group on four items: physical activity limitation,angina stable state,angina pectoris frequency,and treatment satisfaction,with significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of disease awareness(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine is better than that of Western medicine alone.2.Yiqihuoxue decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment can improve the efficacy of TCM syndromes in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)of coronary heart disease,reduce the symptoms of angina pectoris,and reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin.3.Yiqihuoxue decoction combined with conventional western medicine for the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)can improve the patient's exercise tolerance,improve the quality of life,and have no obvious adverse reactions.
