Objective:By exploring the clinical effect of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis)with coronary heart disease, and observing the changes in the average platelet volume of the patients, this paper aims to provide a new possibility for the clinical treatment of stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis). Methods: In this study,80 patients with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis)were selected as the study objects, and were randomly divided into two groups according to the inclusion criteria.Among which,40 were put in the treatment group and the other 40 cases were the control group. The treatment group was treated with the prescription of invigorating qi and activating blood in addition to conventional western medicine, while the control group was treated only with conventional western medicine. The observation period was 4 weeksfor both groups. The changes of TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome effect, angina symptom score, angina effect, nitroglycerin stopping rate, mean platelet volume, and other indexes before and after the treatment group and control group were observed.SPSS22.0 software was employed for statistical analysis and comparison.Results:1.In terms of TCM syndromes, the total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 77.5% in the control group, showing a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.As for the symptoms of angina pectoris, the total effective rate was87.5% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group, demonstrating astatistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment, the symptom score of angina pectoris in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom score of angina pectoris in both groups were lower than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Nitroglycerin discontinuation rate:after treatment, the discontinuation rate was 82.5% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group.4.Mean platelet volume: after treatment, the mean platelet volume of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean platelet volume levels in both groups were lower than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The method of invigorating qi and activating blood can improve the TCM syndromes of patients with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis)of coronary heart disease, effectively relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris, improve the clinical efficacy, and reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin.2.Supplementing qi and activating blood circulation can reduce the level of mean platelet volume in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis).
