The Clinical Research On Treating Stable Angina Pctoris Of Coronary Heart Disease By The Method Of Liver Qi And Activating Blood

Object: To observe the Xiaoyaohonghuajian addition and subtraction Powder's clinical curative effect of the treatment for qi stagnation and blood stasis type of Coronary Heart Disease and Stable Angina Pectoris patients,and to explore the mechanism of Xiaoyaohonghuajian Powder. Evaluate the efficacy and safety, intends to provide a practical and valuable therapeutic approach for clinical treatment of Coronary Heart Hisease with Stable Angina Pectoris.Method: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, we chose the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine- Shandong Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in 60 cases of internal medicine, cardiology outpatient and inpatient, and the prospective, randomized, controlled study were randomly divided into into test group and control group with 30 cases in each. The control group was treated with general treatment and conventional western medicine treatment, and the experimental group is followed it but added the Xiaoyaohonghuanjian addition and subtraction Powder. The medicine is one dose daily, morning and evening after meal about half an hour with warm water. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical curative effect evaluation will starting.The project is respectively before treatment and after the general inspection : heart rate and blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, liver function, renal function etc.. To observe the ECG changes before and after the treatment, the patients in the two groups, angina attack, nitroglycerin decrease stopping rate, symptom severity, symptom total score, the total effect of the traditional Chinese medicine, single symptom curative effect judgment, so as to evaluate the overall efficacy and safety of it..Results: The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups after weeks of treatment, the experimental group in improvement of angina pectoris attack(the degree of pain, the frequency of attack, attack duration) effect is better than that of control group(P < 0.05), and the scores of TCM symptoms improved significantly(P < 0.05) and about the nitroglycerin stop reduction rate, the changes of electrocardiogram(ECG) and related auxiliary examination index of aspect, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05). Overall, the results of experimental group were all better than the control group. There has no significant changes in liver and renal function indicators before and after treatment and no statistical differences, and it is safe in application; It is no statistical differences in blood pressure and fasting blood glucoseConclusion: This research obtain that Xiaoyaohonghuajian addition and subtraction Powder is effectively improve the clinical symptoms of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of coronary heart disease with stable angina patients through clinical trials and statistical analysis, and can improve the quality of life of patients. It is with a good safety and tolerance, and is of important clinical significance for the treatment of this type of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, it is worth further application and promotion.
