A Study On The Relevant Factors In The Diagnosis Of Pulmonary Collateral Disease Based On The Delphi Questionnaire

Purpose: Through literature research and Delphi method,this study summarized the clinical characteristics of pulmonary collateral disease,collected experts' opinions on the standardized research of diagnostic elements of pulmonary collateral disease,and initially formed the diagnostic points of pulmonary collateral disease(first draft),so as to improve the diagnosis and treatment system of pulmonary collateral disease.Material and method: The research is divided into two parts: literature research and Delphi expert consultation.In the first part,through the ancient literature,medical records and modern literature,the clinical diagnosis characteristics of pulmonary collateral disease are summarized,the diagnostic content of TCM for pulmonary collateral disease are clarified,the information of elements is summarized,and the frequency analysis is done.On this basis,the main contents of expert consultation questionnaire are formed.In the second part,Delphi expert consultation questionnaire was made,and two rounds of consultation on diagnosis elements of pulmonary collateral disease were conducted with experts.According to the suggestions of experts,additions,deletions and modifications were made,and the diagnosis points of pulmonary collateral disease(first draft)was initially formed.Results:1.Literature research results: A total of 153 items of diagnostic elements,2 items of medical history,5 items of etiology,4 items of disease duration,120 items of clinical manifestations and 22 items of auxiliary examination were obtained as the subject content of the first round of questionnaire.2.Delphi expert questionnaire results: The expert positive coefficient of the two rounds of questionnaire results were 90.00% and 100.00%,respectively,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.81;In the first round,47 items related to pulmonary collateral disease were obtained through frequency analysis and expert opinion summary;The average score of the second round of diagnostic elements was 4.05±0.48,and the mean coefficient of variation was 0.15±0.03,the average full score rate was 34.05±20.90.According to the concentration degree of experts' opinions and the coordination degree of experts' opinions,29 diagnostic elements of pulmonary collateral disease were finally determined,forming the item pool of diagnostic elements of pulmonary collateral disease.Conclusion:Through literature research and expert consultation,through the discussion of the research group,we finally determined the diagnosis points of pulmonary collateral disease,including 8 main indexes,14 secondary indexes,and 7 auxiliary indexes,and assigned scores.We initially formulated the "diagnosis points of pulmonary collateral disease(first draft)",which provided new guidance for clinical diagnosis of pulmonary collateral disease,and provided ideas for further exploring the clinical standardization of pulmonary collateral disease.
