Research On The Diagnostic Scale Of Heart-Qi Deficiency Syndrome Based On Delphi Method

Objective To clarify the syndrome of heart and Qi deficiency syndrome,and to develop a diagnostic scale for the syndrome of heart and Qi deficiency,to provide reference for the revision of diagnostic criteria for TCM heart Qi deficiency syndrome.Methods This topic is carried out by means of literature research combined with the Delphi method expert questionnaire survey.Comprehensively collect relevant literatures on Qi deficiency syndrome in the literature database center,and develop a literature database of heart Qi deficiency syndrome.The diagnostic criteria of Qi deficiency syndrome in the database center were extracted,and the symptoms and signs were extracted by Excel 2016.The physical and chemical indicators related to the diagnosis of heart Qi deficiency syndrome were analyzed in the literature database.The frequency analysis method was used to form the diagnosis item of heart Qi deficiency syndrome.Based on the preliminary diagnosis items,the “Limited Questionnaire for the Diagnosis of the First Round of Heart Qi Deficiency Syndrome” was formulated using the 5-Likert scale method.Questionnaires were sent to national TCM diagnostic experts and cardiovascular disease experts.After recovering the data,Excel 2016 version software and SPSS21.0 were used to conduct statistical analysis of expert positive coefficient,mean,coefficient of variation and full-scale ratio,and Kendall's harmony coefficient was analyzed.Grand Bahaco coefficient.Based on the important diagnostic items of heart Qi deficiency syndrome,the "Second Round of Heart Disease Syndrome Diagnosis Expert Consultation Questionnaire" was formulated,and the questionnaire was sent to the experts.After recovering the data,Excel 2016 version software and SPSS21.0 were used to analyze the mean,coefficient of variation and perfect ratio,and Kendall Harmony Coefficient and Grand Baha Coefficient were analyzed.An item that satisfies both the mean(`X)? the mean value of the score(2 points),the coefficient of variation ? 30%,the perfect score ? 30%,or the item satisfying the full score greater than 50% is considered important in the two rounds of the questionnaire.Diagnostic entries and core diagnostic entries,the core diagnostic entries are weighted using the percentage method.Results 1.A total of 4372 articles related to Heart Qi Deficiency Syndrome were retrieved,and 4322 articles of heart Qi deficiency syndrome were downloaded.After arranging and analyzing,252 effective papers were extracted from the literature database,and 22 diagnostic criteria for central Qi deficiency syndrome were extracted.There were 42 symptoms and signs,and 8 physical and mental indicators related to heart and Qi deficiency.According to the frequency analysis,34 diagnostic items were obtained.2.According to the results of literature research,the "First Round of Diagnostic Questionnaire for Heart Qi Deficiency Syndrome" was formulated.The questionnaire included 34 diagnostic items.The questionnaire recovery rate was 100%,the expert positive coefficient was 100%,and 16 items of heart Qi deficiency syndrome were selected.,identified important diagnostic items for heart Qi deficiency.3.According to the important diagnosis items of heart Qi deficiency syndrome,the "Second Round Heart Qi Deficiency Diagnosis Questionnaire Scale" was formulated.The questionnaire contained 16 diagnostic items.The questionnaire recovery rate was 100%,and the expert positive coefficient was 100%.The Delphi method was used to determine 8 A core diagnostic entry for heart Qi deficiency.Percentage weighting and logical sorting of diagnostic items were made,and a diagnostic scale for heart Qi deficiency was established.Conclusion The core diagnostic items of heart Qi deficiency syndrome were determined,and the diagnostic scale of heart Qi deficiency syndrome was established.The main card is: palpitations or convulsions,and the movement is even worse;the secondary symptoms are: shortness of breath,fatigue,chest tightness,and less exercise.LVEF is reduced and the pulse is weak.Diagnosis as follows:(1)Main symptoms secondary symptoms 2 + 3,(2)the first main card 4 + secondary symptoms,(3)six secondary symptoms.
