Objective: Explore the common syndrome types and symptoms of cough variant asthma,explore the prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of cough variant asthma,and provide references for clinical treatment.Methods: Retrieving clinical research literature on the treatment of CVA in Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine,and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the past 10 years on CNKI,Wanfang Data,and CQVIP.com.Extract the author,publication year,title,number of cases,age,course of disease,symptoms,syndrome types,prescriptions,composition of traditional Chinese medicine and other relevant information from the included literature.And use Excel to establish related databases,carry out frequency and frequency statistics,and use SPSS and ancient and modern medical record cloud platforms for data analysis.Results:1.A total of 101 articles were included,involving 4501 cases;30 standardized syndrome types,with the syndrome of wind evil invading the lung the most,followed by the syndrome of deficiency of lung yin deficiency and wind phlegm invading the lung.2.In terms of syndrome factors,the most common disease location syndrome factors are lungs,which have both the spleen and kidneys.The liver is less common,and there is no heart.The disease syndrome factors appear the most in wind,with phlegm,cold,qi deficiency,yin deficiency,and heat,etc.3.170 kinds of symptoms are involved,most of which are cough,itchy throat,worsening at night,no sputum or less sputum,dry cough,etc.4.High-frequency symptom cluster analysis and factor analysis show that the disease is mainly caused by wind evil invading the lung,combined with spleen deficiency,qi deficiency,yin deficiency,or cold,heat,phlegm and other manifestations.5.A total of 145 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were involved.The most frequently occurring drugs were licorice,ephedra,bitter almond,cicada slough,platycodon grandiflorum,etc.6.In terms of drug categories,phlegm relieving cough antiasthmatic medicine,tonify deficiency medicine,heat-clearing medicines,drugs for relieving Exterior Disorder appear more.And medicine for the treatment of cough and asthma,qi-tonifying drug,heat-clearing and detoxification drug,wind-cold-dispersing medicinal appear most in their respective categories.7.There are relatively more warm drugs,sweet drugs,acid-taste drugs,drugs of lung meridian,stomach meridian and spleen meridian.8.According to association rule analysis and complex network analysis of TCM,the higher degree of co-occurrence was ephedra,licorice,bitter almond,licorice,bitter almond,ephedra,,and the core drug group was licorice,ephedra,bitter almond.9.Clustering analysis of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine can be divided into 5categories,of which the first,second and fifth categories are the main components of Sanao Decoction,Erchen Decoction,Zhisou Powder and Yupingfeng Powder respectively.Conclusions:1.Adult CVA is clinical symptoms appear more cough,pharyngeal itching,night is aggravating,no sputum or less,dry cough,etc.2.The high frequency symptom cluster analysis and factor analysis showed that the disease was mainly caused by wind evil invasion of the lung,accompanied by spleen deficiency,qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,or cold,heat,phlegm and other manifestations.3.Association rule analysis and complex network analysis showed that the core TCM were licorice,ephedra and bitter almond.4.Clustering analysis of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine can be divided into 5categories,of which the first,second and fifth categories are the main components of Sanao decoction,Erchen decoction,Zhisou powder and Yupingfeng powder,respectively.
