Chief Complaint is the most painfuland significant symptoms and signs patients have,including its duration.Syndrome Differentiation is the process of ascertaining syndrome in the process of understanding a certain disease. That is the process of collecting all the information of four diagnostic methods(inspection, auscultation and olfaction, inquiry, as well as pulse-taking and palpation) relevant to the disease,including signs and symptoms, then analyzing and synthesizing the information on the basis of the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine to figured out the cause, nature,position and developing trend of the disease, finally summarizing and judging the nature of the syndrome. Chief Complaint Differentiation is derived from Chief Complaint Differentiation Method from Professor Guo Zhenqiu, Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.On the basis of Chief Complaint Differentiation Method,this thesis is mainly about the research and discussion of the theory, not the treatment, and furtherly to refine its clinical research applied in five viscera diseases.Objective:The purpose of this thesis is to expound Chief Complaint Differentiation’s clinical research applied in five viscera diseases, so as to differentiate the syndrome mainly based on the chief complaint and primary symptoms when patients come for treatment.Then analyze to ensure the cause, determine the position and nature of the disease.Methods:Applying literature research method.Setting up Professor Guo Zhenqiu’s Complaint Differentiation Method, Syndrome differentiation of zang-fu viscera,Chief Complaint Differentiation Syndrome, Element,Chief Complaint the basic content,retrieve relevent literature or academic papers in CNKI Database,Wan Fang Database and VIP Database.Then refine the thinking mode of Chief Complaint Differentiation based on the academic thought of Professor Guo Zhenqiu’s Complaint Differentiation Method.Setting up Chief Complaint Differentiation as key word, furtherly retrieve relevent literature,and then collect,read and organize Ancient and modern medicinemonographs or indivisual cases books,such as: Syndrome differentiation and Treatment Method, Danxi Xinfa, Commentary and New Theory of Wenbing Tiaobian,Ancient and Modern Medical Records, Zhao Shaoqin Individual Medical Case Selection, Huang Jigeng Clinical Experence on Lung Diseases,Huang Di Nei Jing,Qianjin Yi Fang,Gewu Yulun·Jufang Fahui·Jingui Gouxuan and so on.Search and organize the papers and medical cases that can reflect on the thinking mode of Chief Complaint Differentiation and core content.And from the perspective of the five viscera diseases, emphatically further consult and collect five viscera basis of disease cases.Such as Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Disease,Ancient and Modern Physician’s Selected Clinical Experience,Wang Zheng Gong’s Thought of Lung Diseases, Traditional Chinese Medicine Liver Disease Cases and so on, search and organize medical cases that can reflect on the thinking mode of Chief Complaint Differentiation, To identify the disease, around the complained of a comprehensive analysis of syndrome, to identify disease resistance, interpret and pathogenesis and determine the card type.To investigate the value of complained of syndrome differentiation in five cases.Draw complained of a new way of thinking of dialectics,and will be presented with the dialectical way of thinking is applied to the five zang-organs disease and syndrome differentiation.Results:1.By studying the ancient and modern basis and literature data, has carried on the induction summary of contents of dialectics.2.
