Prof. Wenbo Zhou's Clinical Drug Rule Analysis And Summary In The Treatment Of Breast Cancer

Purpose:To explore Professor Zhou Wenbo's medication rules and provide some guidance for clinical treatment of breast cancer.method:All cases in this study were from the oncology clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.From November 1,2013 to August 1,2018,Professor Zhou Wenbo treated 75 patients with breast cancer,a total of 399 prescriptions.The clinic number,name,age,diagnosis of Chinese medicine,diagnosis of Western medicine,date of prescription,prescription,name of Chinese medicine,and measurement are entered into Excel and imported into IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0.Classification is carried out according to the classification method of Chinese Pharmacy,and frequency and cluster analysis are performed.Results: Professor Zhou used 253 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines for breast cancer treatment,including 41 Chinese medicines with frequency more than 50 times.The top ten were: dried ginger,aconite,oyster,licorice,jujube,medlar,hawthorn or fried hawthorn,ginger,fried sour jujube,epimedium.The most used categories of Chinese medicine are tonic,interior-warming drug,diaphoretic drug,interior-warming drug,and heat-clearing drug.The highest rate of utilization is warm drug,followed by the flat drug.The sweetener is used most frequently,followed by the pungent.The spleen was most used,and the heart,kidney,stomach,lung and liver were similar in frequency.After clustering,it was divided into three types of drugs: 1 hawthorn,fruit of glossy privet,Maidong,gypsum,schisandra,turtle carapace,Lugen,immature orange fruit,sichuan lovage rhizome,prepared rehmannia root,clam shell,Scrophulariaceae,peony bark,medlar,angelica,dried tangerine peel,white peony root,astragalus,atractylodes,medlar,qi and nourishing blood,Fuzheng anti-cancer;2 Amomum,stone Calamus,Cinnamon,Baiziren,Magnolia,Bupleurum,Pinellia,Codonopsis,Licorice,Shugan Huayu Jieyu;3 dried ginger,aconite,licorice,hawthorn,epimedium,medlar,oyster,keel,fried jujube Ren,jujube,ginger,cassia twig,kidney and Fuyang,spleen and soothe the nerves.Conclusion:1.Professor Zhou believes that breast cancer patients are aggravated by panic and yang deficiency.2,Professor Zhou Fuyang Fuyang,Jianpi Anshen treatment of breast cancer Zhenyang Waiyue syndrome and spleen and stomach weakness syndrome;Shugan Jieyu,Xinghua Huayu treatment of liver stagnation and phlegm;qi and blood,detoxification and phlegm,righting Anti-cancer treatment of breast cancer blood and blood loss syndrome and toxic heat stagnation.3,the basic side: Fuyang Anshen side: dried ginger,aconite,licorice,epimedium,oyster,keel,fried sour jujube;Fuzheng No.1: Shiquan Dabu Tanghe bamboo leaf gypsum soup addition and subtraction;Shugan Jieyu recipe : Amomum,Shichangpu,Baiziren,Magnolia,Bupleurum,Pinellia.
